Really needs a refresh.. it’s September and Christmas decorations still out. Cobwebs on the light fixtures, scuffed walls and baseboards, bathroom was barely passable. Service was painfully slow for a London fog and iced mocha latte

I ordered through Doordash, and while food being passed on to me, I was struggling to hold two coffees and food but the tape on the straw hole SAVED ME from spilling!!! Thank you so much for thinking so far ahead 🥹🙏🏻

Lovely spot to go get some breakfast and a coffee. My daughter and I went and got take out from there, and we both really enjoyed our drinks and my daughter really liked the breakfast wrap. Cute, rustic vibes and a welcoming atmosphere. A must try if youre in the neighborhood.

Waffles were okay but the service was horrible. I ordered a matcha latte but the server ended up hearing black sesame latte. She brought out the wrong drink to me and I told her that I did not order a black sesame latte. She said that she repeated it earlier and I didn’t say anything, but I did not recall her doing that and it doesn’t matter because she didn’t even make sure I heard her. I was told that if I wanted my matcha latte I would have to go and order a new one. She was just going to charge me for 2 drinks, 1 that I didn’t even want and that she heard wrong. This was ridiculous, in any other normal establishment you would be given the correct drink immediately. Due to this situation, I demanded a refund as I did not even order the drink that she gave me. After asking for a refund, she THEN brought out a matcha latte. Why not just bring it the first time around?? I again just requested a refund and was eventually given one after waiting around for her to contact her boss. This should be common sense. Never coming back here again.

Excellent tiny shop in Champlain Heights. I had the waffles with maple syrup, and they were the perfect mix of crunch, mush, and taste! The price was very reasonable as well. The single worker was very pleasant and fulfilled my order effortlessly. Only one other customer came through while I was there, on a quiet Monday morning. Note: There's no public restroom, and the owners and/or workers are Christian, so there are quotes interspersed in the shop, and there was Christian music playing in the background.

Small cafe - extremely quiet. Good selection of tea, coffee & chocolate drinks however nothing extra ordinary. Their mugs seem to be not very well washed. The cafe wasn’t busy at all yet even when there was no one waiting in line, the lady at the cafe bar didn’t take all the mass pile of dirty cups at the front so it was quite distracting to sit beside a mass amount of dirty plates & cups. Seems like a small family run business, but I do believe they can do better.
