I ordered 2 blended mochas, but received 2 iced mochas. I asked if they could just blend them, but they said they’d have to charge extra because it’s a different drink. The menu was confusing and the words “blended” and “iced” were side by side. Most cafes would just correct the order with no hassle.

There are way better places in Vancouver. Croissant was really poor quality. Hot chocolate was mid. Overpriced. Only bonus is a good location.

Their Belgian Monkey Waffle absolutely impressed me. It was beautifully golden, and covered in sliced banana, whipped cream and drizzled in chocolate sauce. The aroma alone was enough to make me smile.

The hot chocolate here was good, but it didn’t have the real, rich European taste I was looking for. It wasn’t bad, and it was better than other places, but it still wasn’t the real hot chocolate.

Whenever I walk from Yaletown to Canada Place I pass this chocolate and hot chocolate café, and since I have a serious sweet tooth I finally went in to try it. I am very picky about hot chocolate and I love it thick, creamy, and rich. This one was exactly the way I like it. The temperature was spot on and it stayed hot during my walk. It made the whole stroll to Canada Place even more enjoyable. The staff were genuinely friendly and made the visit feel warm and welcoming. I would give them the best rating and I would definitely go back again.
This location has changed - they offer very few Mink chocolate products now and instead sell David's chocolates. They were also out of several other items. Pleasant and friendly staff.
