Had a really great dinner for two here the other day. Our server was wonderful and the food and drinks were delicious, especially the kimchi nachos and the dirty horchata. Really recommend! And will definitely come again.

The birria taco was quite salty, and the chicken karaage burrito was very dry and flavourless. The only thing that helped with eating the meal was the mango habanero salsa. Definitely wouldn't recommend coming here if you want flavourful food.

We had a great dinner at Miso Taco. The place was full and vibe was amazing. This was our first visit so we didn’t know what to expect. Our server Gabi was awesome - she helped us figure out what to order and her recommendations were brilliant. The tacos with fresh fusion sauces are so good. Our standout favourites the pork carnitas and tuna tacos.

Vibe and staff were great. Food was bland, protein was dry, and not fusion but rather Mexican with some sauce added. $20+tax,tip will get you 3 tacos of average variety. Would not recommend the mochi and churro mix dessert as they tasted as if they were sitting for a while

Enchiladas were different from what I've had which a crazy amount of cheese but there seemed to be no Japanese fusion except with the teriyaki option which was 1 out of about 6-7 protein options. Service was the most amazing and nice seating.

Great Japanese-Mexican fusion restaurant. I tried the teriyaki beef and pork chashu burrito, and it was fantastic. The house specialties are definitely worth trying. The food was top quality, and the cocktails paired perfectly with the sake liquors. The decor was vibrant, and the service was kind and attentive. I’ll be back for sure 👍

Miso paired with cilantro such a great combination. A nice balance of Japanese and Mexican influences with a cool, hip vibe. The cocktails were great, and the atmosphere was lovely. The only downside was that it was quite cold inside (probably because it was a cold day), so I couldn’t take my coat off while eating.

The fusion really works!
We got the miso-corny (tender and sweet), the birriadilla (authentic birria flavour, very nice broth), and the miso taco (rich, creamy, umami). The sauces really shine, and they actually have some heat, as they should. Don’t be afraid of the macho salsa.

To drink, the MeXXXican was very nice, and the presentation tops it off. I’ll definitely be coming back for more.

Came here on a Thursday night around dinner time and it was busy. I had to wait 30mins. The food was good. The kimchi fries was very good. I would recommend. I got the mega burrito and it was definitly mega. I could not even finish half. The service can be better though. I don’t know if it was because they were busy but it was definitly lacking.

The food is VERY bland, not good. I tried the birria taco, and it tasted unfortunate, the other stuff was bland and not very savoury for it being a Mexican and Japanese cuisine. The only good thing were their kimchi fries, would recommend. Other than that NADA. The vibe and service were wonderful, lovely staff and location.

One of my favourite restaurants in all of Vancouver. In my experience, you can't miss with anything on the menu(though the tuna tacos and green salsa are my far and away favourite).

Prices feel fair for the quality and portion size.

I usually order takeout(which is quick and easy every time), but it's a nice place to eat in as well. The anime on the TVs is a fun, quirky touch of atmosphere. It can get a little noisy with the music and a full crowd, but that's to be expected. I've only ever been on Friday and Saturday evenings, though.

Staff are friendly and food comes out in a reasonable timeframe.

I'd recommend going with friends/family and each ordering a plate of tacos to share/try multiple varieties if you've never been before.
