Most of the reviews seem to be about the service but the food here is delicious. I've ordered from here twice and its been very fresh and the only sushi my kids will actually finish. Im not sure about the service because I've only had takeout. I've had sushi all around Vancouver and this one is good for sure.

Look at my name. I am Japanese. This was the WORST Japanese takeout I've ever ordered. Everything tasted...off. Chicken katsu had breading falling off it, and it was clearly not a panko crispy breading, more like tempura. Gomae, flavourless. Tempura? The prawn and squash were just off putting. Nigiri I actually spat into the trash as I didn't feel like I could swallow it and not get sick after. Nope Nope Nope. Waiting to rate on Uber Eats as well. Cannot really comment on the atmosphere as I had take out.

I placed an order at 8:39 PM last night through Uber eats I saw my Uber Driver sitting outside the restaurant waiting for my Uber for over 30 minutes and that was supposed to be delivered to me by 9:01 PM and he didn’t actually leave the restaurant until 920 and by the time I got my food it was 9:45 and it was very cold so I phoned into the restaurant to complain about how long I waited for my food and it was so disrespectful when I phoned and the woman on the phone she was really rude and she starts swearing at me and yelling at me over the phone. I will never go here again. Very unprofessional service and she told me that just because I’m a customer room I’m not always right
