This was my first time going in a Greek restaurant. The food I had here was lamb shoulder I never tasted a dish with such rich flavours with a combination of beautiful spices. This meal would definitely be my death meal.

The flavors at this Greek restaurant are truly authentic and vibrant, capturing the essence of Mediterranean cuisine. The dishes are fresh, well-prepared, and perfectly seasoned. With a warm ambiance and attentive service, it’s a wonderful spot for a satisfying Greek meal.

We recently visited Mnimes Greek Restaurant to celebrate a birthday, having had a positive experience a few months ago. Unfortunately, this visit did not meet our expectations.
We ordered the lamb shoulder cooked medium, the four meat platter, kalamari, and the saffron asparagus risotto, which was the daily special. Here are the issues we encountered:
- The pork and meatballs were burnt and overcooked.
- The lemon potatoes and rice pilaf were very soggy, overly sour, and salty, possibly from absorbing juices from the meats.
- The lamb shoulder looked unappealing and tasted dry.
The service was fine and we told them our issues with the food quality. The chef appeared and told us it needed to be cooked that way to be food safe and they could cook it less burnt at our own risk but we said it shouldn't be burnt at all. The staff later brought us a new cut of pork that was cooked much more evenly but at that point our mood had already changed and we unfortunately lost our appetite.
See photos for reference.
Overall, we had high expectations but it was not a good experience. We were very disappointed and can't justify a return visit to friends.

I stopped by here on my way back from Vancouver to Seattle by car. Parking was available at the restaurant. The entrance door is heavy, so press hard to open it. The interior of the restaurant was nice and pleasant, and the staff headed in.
I ordered a takeout order.
• Manos Meatballs: Signature lamb and beef meatballs, grilled pita, tomato sauce, tzatziki.
• Mousaka: Eggplant, zucchini, potatoes, ground beef, Bechamel sauce.
• One of the dip: There's eggplant in it.
• Pistachio "Baklava" Cheesecake:
Salted caramel sauce, pistachios
I forgot to take pictures because it was so delicious. I especially recommend Musaka, Meatball, and Dip. Next time, I definitely want to eat inside the store.

This is such an amazing restaurant.
The food is always fresh and super taste I visit as I can.
This restaurant is located in a small corner of Victoria 48th Street. It was formerly an Asian fusion restaurant. The restaurant has been renovated and has a nice atmosphere. The waiters were very polite, especially one from Crystal, who introduced the origin and taste of the food very thoroughly ?
We ordered the Lamb Shoulder, which was paired with their Lemon potato. It was very delicious. Finally, we have to add a Lemon potato. Greek salad (the taste is just right), grilled octopus. It is said that they use Octopus from Spain. Because they tried many local octopus, the meat quality was not good, so the boss used I had Spanish octopus paired with Greek vinegar. The taste really goes well with it and the meat is soft and delicious. You must try ???Spain Spanakopita (crispy skin). We tried their Greek coffee, which is brewed on site, and it tasted a bit bland for me. The wine I ordered was Syrah, which went very well with the food. The price was $59, which was not expensive. The food is pretty good and the price is moderate. Worth recommending ?.

Service was attentive , had great menu knowledge.
The food was very good , the goat cheese beet salad was on point ; nothing to distract from the ingredients, fresh and delicious. Béchamel is a word that always get my attention , it’s what makes everything taste better , it belongs in Moussaka and lasagna . The moussaka was well executed and perfectly layered , and the no layer overpowering the other , perfect balance .
I had a cheesecake that was also fresh and definitely made in house, this Chef has skill , because all the dished where great .

Ordered takeout and food was good.
Only issue was portion size as it was small and we were left still hungry after.
Overall it was ok...
Delicious Greek restaurant tucked away in a residential area.
We tried the Mousakka - absolutely delicious, the lamb shank which melted off the bone - and the star of the show: the ⭐️ Bougatsa ⭐️, try it with their Greek ice cream.
Staff was very friendly and helpful in explaining the menu. They also gave us free bread while we were waiting for our meals.

I was looking for a Greek restaurant to celebrate my birthday, and found this gem online. We went when they opened, with our toddler, and the staff were so accommodating. After multiple trips to Greece, and my husband’s family being Greek, we think this spot is fantastic. The food completely satisfied my desire for Greek food. Saganaki is my favourite and it did not disappoint here. We had the calamari and Greek salad, just like in Greece. The sausage was just like I remember having in Athens. We also had the branzino, which was worth every penny. Staff and chef Manos were welcoming and lovely. 10/10 would recommend. Also order the loukoumades with honey. We will be going back next week with my in laws for sure!
***side note : our 21 month old loved everything he tasted, and the staff were incredibly accommodating with high chair and his own place settings (toddler friendly)
