Such a fun night! We had a group of ten and we were really comfortable. We all did the tasting menu which was really delicious and a perfect amount of food. The service was out of this world! 10/10 would recommend

Dishes were uniquely prepared, flavour was full of surprises. Lentils and braised onions were my favourite dish. Service was efficient and accommodating. I will return here every time Iām in Vancouver.

We had a marvelous night here! We discovered this restaurant by accident while walking down the street. Even though it was very crowded, they were kind enough to accept us without a reservation. The food was delicious, though a bit too spicy for my taste. A beautiful girl performed an Arabic dance with a sword, and it was both professional and impressive. I will definitely be back! You should try it.

This place is a must. Such a great dining experience. Authentic Moroccan flavors, fabulous cocktails and soothing mint tea. The presentation is phenomenal and service, impeccable
The food is very overpriced. I ordered a lamb kebab and was served only five small pieces of lamb with a small portion of couscous for $38. This was very disappointing. I will not return and would not recommend this restaurant.

Came here for the Dine Out menu to try the vegetarian dishes, and was disappointed. They said they did not have the vegetarian main dish from the dinner menu so had to substitute it for something different. The dishes were brought out in the wrong order, with the main coming out before the appetizers. The appetizer harira soup was incredibly bland and tasted as though it was served straight from a can. The 4th course on the Dine Out menu in the restaurant was also different from what was posted in the online menu, with only one cookie served as dessert instead of the ātrioā listed on the menu online. Overall not worth the money if you are not eating meat, and the taste of the vegetable dishes was very underwhelming coming from a āMichelin Guideā restaurant.
The interior of the restaurant was also very cramped, although the decorations and ambiance inside was nice.

Moltaqa blew me away. Every dish was packed with flavour, rich, vibrant, and honestly the best Moroccan food Iāve had in Vancouver. The drinks were just as impressive : balanced, refreshing, and clearly crafted with attention and desert rose martini was my favorite.
The highlight of the night, though, was the belly dancer. She brought so much energy, talent, and warmth to the room that it completely elevated the entire atmosphere. It wasnāt just entertainment ; it genuinely tied the whole experience together.
If you want incredible food, amazing drinks, and a memorable night out, Moltaqa delivers on every front. I left already planning my next visit !! : ))))

we had a reservation at 8:30, got seated at 8:50. the service was so bad, table was propped up by a napkin. cocktails were so expensive and underwhelming. the hummus tasted worse than store bought and the bread came out cold and hard. the food tasted mediocre however, the presentation for the flambe duck was unsafe. the fire went underneath the salad bowl and on the table, it burned my hand. and the entire was covered by the cognac (used for the fire) and got all over my bag and pants, and the server saw this and did nothing, even when we asked for an extra napkin. would not recommend, too expensive for what it has to offer.
