Love the potato noodle 🍜 soup👍

I’ve been to this restaurant many times now, and honestly, most of my experiences have been pretty disappointing. The front desk or cashier barely acknowledge you — no greeting when you walk in, no effort to make you feel welcome. What’s strange (and frustrating) is that they act completely different when white people come in — super friendly, cheerful, asking if they need help. But when it’s Asian customers? Totally ignored. It’s really uncomfortable, especially considering this is an Asian restaurant.

Service-wise, it just doesn’t make sense. You have to order yourself, pick up your food yourself, and clean up your own table — basically the same as McDonald’s — yet they suggest add a 15% tip. For a self-service setup, that’s ridiculous. If it were just a small tip, fine, but for this kind of service really doesn’t make sense.

As for the food, that’s the only reason I even come back once in a while.
• The cold noodles taste great, but the portion is way too small. A grown man probably needs three boxes to feel full, and every time I come, the amount is inconsistent — sometimes 1/3 of the box, sometimes half. The portion/ quality control here is all over the place.
• The skewers taste okay, but the seasoning barely sticks. All the chili powder and cumin just fall to the bottom of the bag, so it ends up tasting like plain fried meat.
• The potato noodles were honestly terrible — hard, uncooked. Definitely wouldn’t order them again.

Overall, this place started off decent when it first opened, but the quality and service have gone downhill fast. The only thing that keeps me coming back occasionally is craving their cold noodles, but that’s about it. Definitely not somewhere I’d consider for a regular lunch or dinner spot.

I like the taste but the food is not hot and the restaurant plays no music. I was waiting for my drink for so long and it arrived after I finished the meal. The beef skewers could be better as well. I would try their crispy burger out tho.

This used to be my go to place to grab lunch as I work nearby. After not visiting here for about two months because of previous bad experiences with the food quality, I’ve decided to give it a try again. Sadly, it hasn’t gotten any better, the food quality just wasn’t the same as when they first open, it went downhill. For the price of the food, the portion got smaller and the drink tastes weirder every time I try. It was not good anymore and it’s quite disappointing and sad as I thought finally, there is a decent Chinese restaurant near the area that have dishes that no other places have around here. I gave this place so many chances. I think this is it, not going to re-visit again. Better go to their other locations in Richmond with better food and services.

It used to be pretty good when it first opened around June or July, but the food quality has dropped every time I visit 😂. Now it’s reached the point where I feel I have to leave a review! I honestly feel sorry for the owner, because they’ve proven they can do better. But the staff here are just so careless — they don’t seem to want to make good food or even run this place properly. The person at the counter was even on the phone ( dealing his own business not for to go ) instead of making my drink or bringing the food out on counter. ( I’m not even asking to bring on my table lol)

The service was to an extent where I can laugh.

I ordered 3 items for eat in. When food was ready, the “server” called me from inside the counter, asking me to grab my food. And I was the only customer at that time.
Later a white male came in. This server brought his order to him when it was ready.

1 star for the atomsphere / environment was because their washroom was quite smelly.

After seeing mediocre reviews when they opened, I finally decided to try this spot and was very pleasantly surprised.

The classic cured pork burger brought me back to the roujiamo my mother used to make, but with a lovely crispy bun. The pork filling was juicy and flavourful, and the entire burger was well packed with minimal fallout.

The cold sesame noodles (liangpi) satisfied my craving, but the portion size is a bit small and I have had better in Crystal Mall and Richmond. Can't complain too much about the price/quantity considering the location though. Make sure to grab the sauces at the counter to mix into the noodles, if you are unfamiliar with this dish.

Finally, I tried the lamb skewer. The seasoning was on point and the meat texture was good. I did feel that each skewer could have had a bit more meat, but the $4.50 price is reasonable for the two skewers that you get.

Overall a great spot for lunch - I would recommend!

Combo C ( Deluxe Double Beef Burger ). + Fries+ choice of pop.
Texture of patties is Double, fresh fillings and its tomatoes, lettuces and its bun ( Taiwanese Flaky Filo Pastries ) ( flaky, good crust layers ). Just wished it was piking hot etc... But at least the meat patties was well done ( cooked ). Same with Fries ( wished it was freshly fry by orders rather in advances )Self Serve mostly due to shortage staffs ( back of kitchen prepping each orders ) Self serve Kiosks. Seating not bad! Compliments sauces ( red vinegar, hot sauce, ketchup, chopsticks, straws, napkins, disposable forks, spoons, knives. Washrooms are for customers only.

Their food is the best Xian cuisine in Vancouver. I’ve tried plenty of the same kinds in Richmond and Burnaby. This has been the best so far.

Affordable, delicious, delivered in Chinese street-food style! The pork burger is exactly the same taste as what I had in Chinese street food market, with crispy buns and five-spice pork. The grilled chicken burger tastes like Chinese McDonals’s grilled chicken burger with crispy buns - an interesting fusion. Sesame cold noodles taste ok and I have no complaint with its price at $10. I’d hope they could provide no-waste serving options for in-store dining to minimize the use of plastic.

Tried the newly opened Mo-ment Crispy Burger near Granville SkyTrain Station and had such a great experience! The service was warm, friendly, and welcoming with smiling faces all around. The crispy chicken burger was delicious, and the crispy pork special burger is a must-try. They even treated us to complimentary lamb skewers, which were amazing. The freshly made iced tea was super refreshing. Overall, a very happy and satisfying experience – will definitely be back!
