Good vibes, good music, good atmosphere! We had my sister’s birthday there and the staff was so accommodating and friendly. Our server Jill, went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time. We couldnt ask for a better night!

This was such an awful first time experience. The service was so slow and so awful. The food was okay. The chicken was great, but the rib eye was chewy and not flavourful. I cannot emphasize enough how bad the service was and how slow.
This isn’t a cheap restaurant, and when it came to packing food up, we were given boxes and told to do it ourselves. This was honestly unacceptable given the environment and alleged “class” of the restaurant.
Once again - the wait time in between drinks was so bad, I actually cannot.
They put the tables so close to each other that the servers have to squeeze behind you and in doing so, knock your jacket off from behind the chair as there is no place for you to place your jacket.
Honestly - not a fan. Not a great impression for first timers, and tbh last timer because just no.

If you’re planning a group gathering don’t even think about Monarcha. I had dinner here with a group of 14 people and the entire experience was a disaster. They refused to split our bill, even though everyone knew exactly what they ordered. Their excuse was that their servers get too busy with separate bills which made no sense at all because the place was far from full. I have been to other restaurants like they easily split the bill without any hassle
The service was beyond disappointing. The staff were visibly annoyed, and the manager was straight up rude pointing finger at my friend when we were trying to sort things out. The whole attitude was like we were bothering them by just being there.
Even the bartender had a bad attitude. I ordered an espresso martini and she served it without coffee beans. When I politely asked if she could add them she rolled her eyes like I was asking for the world.
One of my friends had a reservation confirmed here for her husband’s birthday a while back and they randomly cancelled on her just a few days before the event.
This place makes you feel like they’re doing you a favour by letting you eat there. It completely ruined what was supposed to be a fun night. Never again.
