New favourite smashburger in Vancouver and that’s a tall order,m. Chicken Sandwich came out darker than I expected but provided the perfect crunch and a super juicy cutlet. Simple salad of arugula with that just enough mayo sauce. Loved the beef tallow fries. Perfect cut and seasoning. Above all else, Asher made the experience perfection from the minute we entered until we paid up. $75 for wine, 2 sandwiches and fries + Pelligrino which in this economy is saying everything we need to hear to enjoy a nice meal out. Recommending to anyone and everyone who can appreciate quality “fast food”. Well done

We sat down and ordered two burgers, two kids combo. Food was good enough for the price marked on there. However, the service was somewhat off. I had to ask specifically for napkins, no water was served too (I guess I should’ve asked too?) I’m not sure if this is suppose to be the vibe they are fostering though.
Delicious burger and great service. Cool spot. Will be back!

Monzo feels like a modern take on a classic fast-food diner, with a cool large space with retro high ceiling vibe that transports you back to the ’70s and ’80s the moment you walk in. I had the chicken Milano burger, and it was spot on—flavorful and satisfying. The lettuce wrapped chicken Milano burger was the real standout for me as I’m conscious about my carb intake for this evening. The lettuce wrap was thick and crisp, one of the best versions I’ve had. I’m usually not big on fast food, but Monzo takes it up a notch. The kale salad on the side was a fresh touch, the fries were super nice and crisp, and the apple pie with cinnamon was freshly delicious.
Overall, it’s a great spot if you’re looking for an elevated fast-food experience. Clean, fast, straight forward, and good vibes. Definitely worth checking out!

Service was terrible. Customer service is a major issue. Do not plan on ever visiting again. They are profiling people based on demographic. Apparently people like me have caused “problems” before. Not everyone is the same so please train your staff not to be racist. I have never encountered such bad behaviour from any public restirant staff. BTW born and raised in Canada.

Came here on a Monday right when happy hour started, which is Mon-Thurs from 3-5pm. Their double cheeseburgers are $10, Fries $4 and their Monzo Pilsner was $6. After tax, the total was $21.42, so definitely worth a go if you are in the area during their happy hour. The service and food were good - the food came out pretty fast. The double cheeseburger was like a bonafide MacDonald's burger, but a lot better and the fries came out hot. I'll definitely go back!
