I had not been to Kerrisdale for decades. I remembered that Moore's made a raisin pound cake that equalled the delicious ones from days gone by in Montreal. Popped in yesterday to find a raisin cake and it is as delicious as I remember. I returned today for a fruit loaf and some hot cross buns! I will be back weekly for sure!
Moore’s bakery is the best! Don’t sleep on the fresh sandwiches - fresh bread and vegetables, our whole family love it. The many pastries are also awesome. We love our regular visits here!
Moore's Bakery is beyond amazing! It is a classic staple in the city and a must go-to. I grew up with their treats and savouries and crave them all the time since I moved. The sausage rolls, cinnamon buns, lady fingers, sugar cookies, and chicken pot pies are my absolute favourite. I have not been able to find another bakery with as good sausage rolls, perfection! Anytime I am back in town we visit and stock up. Anytime someone comes to visit us from the coast they bring...
