An ok place, food nothing exceptional for a five start hotel. Average tasting , lamb loin was juicy and good would tasted better with potatoes rather than sweet potato side as it made it bit too sweet for my liking, Good service Their $39 two course meal is very good value.

Came here after a long summer day and was warmly greeted by our lovely and attentive server (forgot her name but this queen is from Indonesia). The food was also great, loved the truffle mushroom rigatoni 😍 hoping to come back soon!

Every dish from the calamari appetizer to the creme brulee dessert was delicious! Our server, Tabata was friendly and a real delight especially with remembering my blueberry allergy. I forgot the busser name, but this gentleman was very attentive to making sure we all had water and my tea had enough hot water. My mom and sister made the reservation earlier that day and the hostess asked if we were celebrating anything special? She was told that we were celebrating my birthday and I received a handwritten card and a special appetizer, it made my night very special!

This is one of the few restaurants in town where you can have an excellent service and good food, and you can actually talk to everyone you are dining with without having to scream at each other. Big shout out to our severs, Annie and Ivan for accommodating my requests. They both went out of their way to make sure their clients have nothing but an awesome dining experience.

Our dinner at the Mosaic Grille was delicious. My husband ordered from the standard menu and I took advantage of 'The taste of Vancouver' special menu. Dinner was exceptionally good value for money. We thoroughly enjoyed our evening and returned to the restaurant the following morning for breakfast.
