I didnt know Mosaic Grille had a breakfast buffet until i did a staycation 2 years ago and decided to visit again before they closed for renovation. Staff have always been nice and attentive. The food selection was not amazingly large compared to vegas buffet. But had what i liked, such as the smoked salmon, the yogurt granola bar and the fresh fruit bar. Their pastries section looked amazing (but i didnt try) Some of the hot food items were interesting because of personal preference, such as the french toast pudding. The staff at the omelette bar was very patient and cheerful while getting through the lineup of guests wanting the omelette. He even accommodated a guest for a sunny side up egg request, which i didnt expect. They will be closed for renovation for the next few months.

The pizza was very nice ! But the grilled chicken on the salad tasted very very odd . The water tasted off as well.

We were at the 10:00AM seating and liked that it was not as busy as the later seatings we had previous years.

It's not so crowded that the lineups to the different food areas are extra long and I noticed that they turn over and replace the various food offerings before they are empty. Once again my family enjoyed themselves so it's a great way to spend Christmas dinner.
