We saw reviews for their Lunar New Years buffet and just had to try the Easter. Great value for great quality food, comfortable seating, great city views. The prime rib carving station was the highlight! We left rolling out of there!

Had a wonderful dinner with wife. Ordered the 3 course set menu which was well presented and tasted wonderful. Wife had chowder and tacos which was also delicious. Our server Anni and staff were pleasant and attentive. Even the manager ? Came by to see how our meal was. Great experience.

This is a bad and below average place to go. nothing great.Server never came around once after taking our order so no opportunity to order new drinks. Waters stayed empty.Burger was a frozen patty, might as well go down to Save On Foods and buy some frozen patties.Uninspired food.Took us a while to get their attention to even ask for the bill and then it took like half an hour to get our bills. The restaurant was not busy at all. Embarrassing. Who manages this place?

This review is for the little care next to mosaic bar and grille. I went here for breakfast yesterday and almost got the ham and cheese croissant, but saw their chia seed pudding. Their chia seed pudding is great! I didn't know it would be a coconut base, but just letting others know in case some may not like it/are allergic. It is super fluffy and they do give you a lot for the price. Make sure to mix it in as well! The workers were kind and I got my pudding fast.

Very underrated restaurant. Somewhat pricey, but you get what you pay for. The burgers are amazing. Service is top drawer.Dietary restrictions: If you have nut allergies you may want to avoid dessert. All their desserts are "may contain"

Amazing food, over-the-top for service... Our waitress was fantastic. I'd say the highlight for me was the prawn salad... They have a kids menu which was nice. The highlight for me was the shrimp salad appetizer. Cold shrimp in a Japanese style mayo with greens.... Crazy good. Wife loved her steak and I thought the mashed potatoes were some of the best I've ever had. Kids had sliders and spaghetti alfredo. Neither complained which is a great sign. The price was a bit on the high side, but we weren't exactly holding back either. My Guinness was cold and refreshing and the wife's mimosa was a hit. Our waitress took the time to take photos of our group and was very accommodating. Overall a positive experience and we'll be back.Kid-friendliness: Kids menu

Slow slow slow service. Place is empty but no servers anywhere. Super frustrating Asked for ice three times. Disappointed. Good just ok.

The soup and caesar salad were delicious. I would not recommend the fish taco. I found it terrible. They could benefit from using just one piece of fish either charred or grilled and suing Cole slaw and a proper salsa. The waitress was very nice but dud nit really come back to check if we needed anything more.Vegetarian options: There were very few vegetarian options.. They need to offer more and perhaps on the choosing 3 options it was just meat based

went for valentine’s day lunch, comes up as a “rooftop” bar on google but evidently it’s inside. it was nice and quiet and the windows were big and nice but the food was EXTREMELY overpriced and the selection was slim. service was good ! but otherwise most likely won’t be coming back.

Will be back, and would recommend. Our first experience wasn't good, But management really took care of us and the whole family were beyond happy with everything. The manager did a fabulous job and the food ended up great! We all said we will be going back.

I used it on February 3rd, 4th, and 5th, 2024. The pasta for takeout is very delicious and impressive with pudding shrimp. However, the menu does not include service charge or tax. After that, I used it twice for breakfast. I was soothed by the smiles of the staff. The food is mainly smoked salmon, but the croissants were also delicious.

Well, I haven't been here in ages. It's a convenient downtown location close to the Burrard skytrain station, on the second floor of the Hyatt. We went in December when they were showcasing the numerous gingerbread houses for their annual contest, which is quite fun to peruse before or after your meal. Ask for the meal... well, my burger and fries looked amazing. But unfortunately, the pre-fab burger patty they used had a weird texture and taste, like it was a gelatinous meat-goo that got extruded into a patty shape and then cooked. It reminded me of those cheap burgers you get at community events where volume and cost drive the decisions. I suppose it's my fault for not checking to see if they make their own burger patties before ordering. Which is unfortunate, because the rest of the ingredients were good quality. The fries were also a bit odd texture wise, as in, they had a light, crackly crust, which was quite nice, but the inside seemed... slippery? Waxy? I'm not sure how to describe it. Anyway, the service was stellar, as always. That's honestly the main reason why I'm happy to go there, because the service is top notch, the location is super convenient, you get a nice view, and the food is usually pretty reliable.

I came here for the first time with some work colleagues and was excited to try out this restaurant.Upon arriving we were seated quickly and the restaurant was very busy. It was hard to find someone to take our order though as we didn't know who our server was, and eventually had to to call over a server.I ordered as part of the lunch dine out menu and had seafood chowder, prawn linguini and the Mosaic Chocolate Cake slice. The serving sizes were quite decent and I enjoyed the prawn linguini. The chocolate cake was very rich and it would have been nice to have more berries to go with the cake to balance out the sweetness. Not long after returning to the office I did not feel well and got food poisoning from the seafood chowder. I know it was from the chowder because I took the linguini home for leftovers and didn't get sick after eating the leftovers. I also asked my work colleague who also had the chowder if she got sick as well. She didn't get sick but said she wasn't feeling well after the meal.

Restaurant lacking a personality. Good food, good service, good prices. Competition locally is fairly diverse. Think Mosaic has potential. But tough world for restaurants these days.
