Absolutely excellent service. Our server Michelle was very warm, friendly, and attentive. However, for the price, I wasn't amazed with the food. It was good; don't get me wrong. But I was expecting an elevated food experience for the price. Perhaps I would have gotten that if we pre-ordered the duck, but we decided to go the same day on a whim.

We were disappointed with our overall experience. We've dined at the Vegas location and it was far and away much better. Food here was lacking soul (it was missing wok hei), and was mediocre at best. Duck was dry and chewy. Noodles were bland. Salty fried rice. Much better in Las Vegas

It's good. Frankly, really good. Room is exquisite. I don't find people that go into places like this all with this self proclaimed critical Asian palate are really all that credible. In all my visits only had one dish that was mildly regrettable, but not necessarily bad. Just a dish I wouldn't order again. Otherwise everything else was really nice.

One of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time. We were there for my brother's birthday, and he absolutely loved it. Michelle, our server, was amazing at her job, made sure to check in with us every time she passed by, and even surprised us with a special birthday cake. We will definitely come back here soon! If you are seeking an above-and-beyond dining experience in Vancouver, this place is the perfect spot. I would not only come back for the food but also for the service I received from the amazing team! A 10 out of 10 experience.

Service is terrible. The people that work there have a terrible attitude with customers, especially the 3 guys in black jackets which are probably managers. It's a pity because food is good and other Mott 32 restaurants we've been to had been great but the service is so bad here. For the price point of this restaurant there were multiple things that should not happen: got dim sum before the 1st drinks; ordered the duck and the plate with skin sat there for 5 mins before being brought to our table while the guys in black jackets just looked at it; ordered wine and had to stand up to get the decanter by myself because no one would pour us more wine; crepes were brought 5 mins after the duck was served; in the middle of dinner the serves says “we are closing the kitchen so what do you want for dessert”? very bad experience overall.

Enjoyed our experience. When living in Hong Kong we were frequent diners of Mott 32. Peking duck & Iberico pork were just as delicious as those we remember eating in Hong Kong. It is very expensive however, its important to note.

Only had dim sum and they tasted good but sizes were on the small size compared to traditional Cantonese dim sum. Service was mediocre given the prices of what they charge. With the price they charge for tea, I'd expect a pot heater like some of the other higher end canton restos. Not to mention table was wobbly. It's why this place isn't even on the Michelin guide.

Great dim sum experience - delicious food, excellent service and great ambiance! Tad more expensive than your average dim sum but you get what you pay for, this place is no ordinary dim sum! We ordered the house special pork dumpling with quail egg & truffle, soup dumpling/bun, a variety of seafood dumplings, duck spring roll, prawn rice roll (one of the many favourites) and bbq pork bun. All were delicious but our least favourite is the pork bun, nothing special except for the dough. To top it off, we had soy sauce ice cream for dessert! Our waiter is also excellent, attentive and knowledgable and gave us a great service. We enjoyed the lunch very much!

We went to try out the plant-based options and had 3 of the 4, all of which were excellent - could not decide on a favourite. The venue is lovely to look and at the activity of the duck carvers interesting to watch. The waiters were all great and I would definitely go back if opportunity arises.

As Mott32 is the only 5star restaurant in the city with a wide selection of plant-based dishes, many unique to the restaurant, it is always my go-to for an outstanding and elevated experience.

I went with 2 friends to celebrate a special occasion and Mott 32 gave us a memorable evening. Food was delicious and our server was very attentive but not annoying. Besides the Signature Peking Duck, we ordered both the BBQ iberico pork and crispy pork and they could easily be the best in Vancouver. It was a pricey dinner but well worth it. We plan on going back for dim sum lunch.

We asked Albert to prepare a menu for our business lunch. Most definitely the best dining experience I've had in the lower mainland. The food exceeded all expectations. Each dish/course was a wonderful presentation of elegant Asian flavours. A definite must visit next time I'm in town.

Thinking of dining at Mott 32? Best be prepared to dust off that credit card and convince your date not to order the lobster dumplings or Peking duck.Mott 32 offers a large vegetarian menu, with about 80% of the content fully vegan.I enjoyed the truffle and water chestnut dumplings and the plant-based signature smoked cod as a main. The dumplings were a big highlight, and the cod was extremely strong in flavour, I would recommend pairing with a side dish.
