Had a really weird experience while I e were here, the atmosphere seemed alright but the service was terrible. They didn't clean the tables after the last people sat at them so it was covered in water, napkins and food, but then when we were served the waitress just seemed really unknowledgeable and not caring. Also, what bar doesnt have some of the most basic pops/mixes like Sprite or 7-,up?,

The staff here are so nice, 5 stars for them, BUT the horrible manager / owner STEALS all the tips from the waitstaff which is illegal in Canada. The management here are taking advantage of new immigrants to Canada who may not know the laws and fear being without work.Shady shady shady business, I wouldn’t suggest going here but if you do, bring cash so you can tip the staff secretly without the manager seeing. And remind them there are lots of other jobs in the city that don’t have mean law breaking tip stealing managers.

It took a long time to get the food. The food was very disappointing (despite the low price). A lot of homeless people sitting inside, making the whole experience unpleasant and feel unsafe.

Looked like a popular place as every time I past by they had tons of people but turns out they just go for the super cheap shots and draft beer.Ordered a Deluxe Burger which according to the menu claimed it was a beef patty with cheddar cheese and double smoked bacon on a toasted bun with a chipotle mayonnaise on it.I got an untoasted bun with normal mayonnaise, a cold slice of cheap kraft singles cheese on it (not even melted) and what appeared to be bacon bits you buy at the store and just sprinkle on.Food had no taste, staff were really slow and at one point the server just walked out and the cook had to deliver food to the tables and serve drinks until some other person walked in a half hour later and took over the work shift as a server.It turns out the place is owned by the same sleazy owners of Heaven, located a block down, who constantly rip people off and treat them like garbage so that explains a whole lot.Got ripped off at Heaven a few years ago and if I would of known this place was owned by the same people I would have never gone.

I would give them a negative 5 starts if I could.. I went there with a friend last Friday night and not only were they not attentive to our table, but the drinks were weak and they tried to rip me off! They had highballs advertised for $6 each, so my friend and I had four drinks each and a few tequila shots (because they were $3.50 and we figured, why not?) We asked for the bill and I told them I would take the highballs and my friend would take the shots - they never gave us an official bill; rather just handed the machine over. I wasn't paying full attention to the amount, but tipped and tapped my card. I went to the bathroom a moment after and I thought $94.40 for 4 drinks?! That doesn't seem right.. so I went up to the bar after and said "Hi, I'm really sorry, but I think I was overcharged.. I was charged $94.40 but we only had four drinks each.." the woman said "yeah, you were drinking doubles." I said "No, no.. there is absolutely no way - we definitely did not order doubles and if I had been drinking doubles all night, I would be dancing on the table completely wasted.. I feel absolutely fine." She refunded me $30 cash, but I was not impressed.Not only that - but they had their front doors open all night, so it was freezing inside and they did not offer us food once - which is technically against the BC liquor law. (We did eat before coming, but they didn't know that..) This establishment is clearly trying to take advantage of their patrons while under the influence and should have their license taken away.
