First time to Mr. Sub in 15+ years. Service was exceptional! Staff member was friendly, polite, and answered all my questions. (8:45pm Dec 30) Food was WAY fresher than Subway ever is!

I came here after someone recommended me to try it, the guy was there super nice but the bread looks like leftover from couple days ago. I hope they see this feedback and use fresh or daily bread.

I would put zero stars if I could! Just ordered a pizza sub and when I opened it thank god I turned it over. It had a DEAD COCKROACH attached to the bread. This is the most disguising thing ever!!! DO NOT eat there!

Ordered a Steak and Cheese sub via Uber Eats and the bread was terrible... a huge piece of bread that was too big for the amount of fillings and flaking apart like it wasn't fresh. Very little 'steak' on this 'Premium' sub, not enough meat to balance out the huge size of the bread. Definitely not worth the $21 I paid for it! Taste was nowhere near as good as a Subway steak and cheese or the Quizno's equivalent. Subway and Quizno's are far superior in every way.

Ordered through the Doordash app. My first with Mr Sub. Two significant points: 1) The bread is horrible ! I ignored some of the reviews noting this. My mistake as there was not even a hint of doughiness and it easily falls apart. Shocked by how bad it was. Ugh ! 2) I ordered the seafood sub. Misleading photo led me to think I was in for a hearty meal. Wrong again. There was hardly any meat at all. And no I am not kidding. A small can of store bought flavored tuna would be significantly more in comparison ! Double ugh !
There are zero Mr subs in the okanagan. Sad face. We ran in and grabbed 5 subs cause I’m savage and obsessed lol ? Ashar was very friendly and was able to hook us up with pickle spears and Sandwich pickles.
Definitely grab your Mr sub from here and have the best dayyyy

I've been here 3 times already. I believe I've given this establishment enough times to redeem themselves.
1. The bread here is always stale. It doesn't taste like it was baked the same day. 2. The veggie toppings do not taste fresh - at least not as fresh as Subway 3. The workers here give very little veggie toppings as opposed to Subway. A tiny sprinkle of lettuce. That's it. 4. The steak and Cheese sub I ordered had no steak. It was basically cheap beef deli meat slices. 5. Lack of sauce condiments compared to Subway. Some of the sauces were not even available (out of stock apparently). 6. The 3 times I've been here. The worker doesn't even slice the bread half way so there's not enough space to fit the toppings (ref: point #3) 7. The sub shop feels like a blast from the past that hasn't been renovated since the 70s/80s. There's still an old CRT TV screen hanging on the corner of the shop. The ambiance doesn't give a pleasant experience to even want to eat here.
Seriously, as garbage as Subway is and I dislike them immensely, I'm shocked that there is a sandwich chain that is worse. No wonder there is only 1 Mr. Sub in the entire Metro Vancouver region. I can't wait until Firehouse Subs open next door. Hopefully, Jersey Mike's open soon as well. The level of quality at this establishment is unforgiving.

Usually I like the food here, but my last experience soured that greatly. Literally.
As you can see by the photo I got some new meatballs and some old meatballs. The old ones are hidden behind the new ones. They were awful. They tasted sour.
It's a damn shame they were hidden behind the other meatballs. It's not like you couldn't tell when you immediately bit into it.
