Ordering and pick system needs help. It's a locked door at the back of a building where you pick up and no sign! Called the number we found on the website when we arrived and couldn't get through several times as kept going straight to voicemail. Door is looked and no window so no way to reach them once you arrive. Eventually someone happened to come out, which wasn't Mr Taco, and asked them to help us pick up our order. After waiting a while for that to happen, someone came out and said they need more time (it was already past our pick up time). Our order ended up being 30 mins late. Burrito was ok, meat taco good, veggie taco was blah. Was hoping this was going to be a great find but unfortunately won't be trying it again.

Their online ordering system needs a serious upgrade. Once you order for pickup, there's nowhere on the email confirmation that tells you when or where to pickup. I had to test a "fake" order on Uber eats to see what the estimated wait time was on the app to figure out when to show up at the pickup gate. Then, we still waited forever at the pickup gate after I found a # to call and was quoted a few minutes but it was more like 15 minutes. The food was okay and it was close by but unless they improve their pick-up system I probably wouldn't order through their website again.

The tacos were good. The horchata and Jamaica had no flavour...
However the customer service not very good...
