Just like home! This cafe has a good and drinks.I enjoyed the chicken platter and my friend enjoyed the chicken wrap. Also tried the pina colada slush, very good.They gave my friend the extra of the slush too, wonderful gesture.Kim was a sweetheart and love her faith!Thank you for serving us.Highly recommend.Parking: Victoria drive can get busy at times, so neighbourhood parking is available.

We were walking by and decided to go inside to get a bubble tea and we are so glad we did because they make some of the best home cooked Persian style dishes and we did not expect that at all!!!!Everything is SO fresh and delicious! The service is wonderful. They are so kind!Their chicken platter and shammi beef kabab platter was delicious!We finished it off with a yummy fresh bubble waffle.

The food was so great, I really like that the chicken was steamed and came with very fresh vegetables. Also, It costs only around 10 bucks, pretty cheap compared to other store. The owner was so nice, and welcoming. I highly recommend this place!

I called the store and ordered 3 strawberry and 2 pina colada bubble teas to go. The lady who served me when I went to pick up the drinks was super sweet; instead of dumping the remaining slushes, she poured them into a 6th cup and gave it to me for free (I even offered to pay her for it)! She then helped me carry some out of the shop. Everyone enjoyed the drinks, including me (I drank the sixth cup)! I love supporting small businesses like this! I’ll have to return to try the other food items next time.

Got a watermelon smoothie and an earl grey milk tea. Absolutely amazing flavour and good price for the size and quality. Interior is clean and cozy, exterior is tidy and in a decent location. I would definitely come again if I'm in the area.

Came here with my daughter for lunch - you could easily miss it if you were to drive by, but it's really nice inside, the lady who runs the place is super sweet, and the food is delicious. Highly recommended!Vegetarian options: One of the daily specials was a vegan platter

I recently visited the city with a small group from Seattle and based on other reviews online, we decided to stop by during some downtime and try their bubble tea. The storefront and interior are very unassuming but we all agreed that every one of the drinks we got was the best bubble tea we'd ever had.It was also obvious from watching the interactions between the staff and local customers that their restaurant is part of the community there and if you're considering checking them out for their drinks or just to support local businesses, do it.
Great, fresh, tasty food. Excellent service, pleasant ambiance.One can customize the bubble tea, the wraps. Reasonably priced as well.

Interesting Middle Eastern donair and bubble tea shop along Kingsway. What a random combo.Parking is available along Victoria, as well as the side streets.The restaurant is pretty cramped. They sell other random ethnic goodies as well. There are maybe 14 seats in the place.Staff seem to be a couple of older ladies. Guessing this is a family business.The food pricing is a bit steep for what is being offered. I tried their chicken donair wrap. To be honest it wasn't very good. Cold and dry come to mind. Tasted like something I'd make in a pinch after a long day of work. In any case I can't really recommend this thing. Maybe their bubble teas are better.

Chicken donair wrap and jasmine green milk tea are amazing! The owners are lovely and provide the best service. All the food is freshly made and you can tell that they use quality ingredients. The milk tea is freshly brewed from real tea as well, tastes great.
