For such a tiny location, this one has so many different teas! There are mugs, tea cups coffee beans a a very helpful person running the shop. I got blackcurrant black tea, apricot black tea and cherry blossom jasmine green tea.
What a beautiful little store with a great selection of everything tea :) I usually shop at David’s Tea at Pacific Centre but find their customer service has really gone downhill & checked out Murchie’s for the first time. The selection here is so much better than David’s and at a more reasonable price. Will be coming back :)
Engaging and pleasant service. Quick stop in on our visit to Vancouver. Chantal was a pleasure to deal with.
This is a store I was deeply passionate about visiting as a tea enthusiast and a general Britain aficionado. There is a kind of calm sophistication that exudes from the shop, despite its small size. I felt like staying for a long time here, though evening had already arrived when I came, and the shop was closing soon. I selected a tea called Victorian Garden, and it was gently scented and very mild and refined. It is the kind of tea that is perfect for an idyllic afternoon, when were the focus is not on a burst of energy but on peacefully enjoying a transient enchanted moment and watching flower petals slowly flicker in a soft breeze. Everyone who appreciates the value of tea should come here.
Senior discount every month on the 1st Wed rules! Their regular prices are decent anyway for truly quality teas. Highly recommend the Jasmine Pure and No. 10 Blend but even good old Earl Grey here is excellent.
Love Murchies tea! Nice little shop with great staff and great tea
Went looking for Murchie's in Vancouver, BC. I stopped by Murchie's in Victoria, and it was great. It had tons of retail and tea, with a bakery and coffee drinks. Vancouver was a little disappointing. The retail and tea were all they carried. They couldn't do a lot because the store was very small. The only person working was attentive and knowledgeable.
Finally, had the chance to drop in since their new location from the old location in downtown ( 850 West Pender )which is new location 815 W. Hastings. Thought they closed! Lucky, i was able to come across the much smaller store location. Managed to get 2 kinds of the 10 bags Earls Grey Tea. Great services by staff Auphan. Will be back for more other teas choices. Brings back memory of Victoria,BC location. Still love that location due its enormous sizes/cafe etc..
It was smaller in size than the store in Victoria, but I think it had some famous spots.
They responded politely.
Nice tea, fancy cups, nice staff.

Best tea place in Vancouver. Hands down. Imperial stamps and worldwide blends make this a necessity for any tea (and coffee) lover.
The atmosphere is wonderful and the staff is friendly.
I have never been there. I received two packages of tea and a tea mug as a birthday gift from this store. Have tried the tea and it's great.
Love Murchies, my favorite tea company. However, this location is small and the lady seemed to want to hurry me along. It was 2 hours until close.
If you're new to loose leaf tea like me, you'll love this cozy store. The service is friendly and they have a wide assortment of tea and coffee. The 2 oz size makes it easy to experiment. I highly recommend the Ceylon Extra Superior.
5 stars for service3 starts for the qualitySmall tea shop with a wide selection of teas, especially blends. Good for personal use, or a gift basket, but lacks the unique factor needed for a special gift. The sales associate on March 12th 2024 was very friendly and knowledgeable.
