Murchie's sells tea - and coffee - and all the supporting hardware that goes with it. They also serve drinks on the premises. Most of these sales must be "to go" as the seating is very limited. Just two chairs and a table inside, one chair and a small table outside. That being said the service is excellent, very friendly and the tea is freshly made. Only served in paper cups. I have made a few purchases from this shop and never been disappointed with the quality of the lose tea.The customer service is very good, and I love getting their specialty ice tea every year.
I just picked up a lunch to go - sandwiches and carrot cake. Both were fabulous. We’ve been in a few times for lunch in the past year or so, and have never been disappointed. Their sandwiches are outrageously good - always fresh and really tasty!!! And of course, their desserts are amazing!!
