I had 2 spring rolls, they were oily and bad taste… Not recommended!

Excellent Vietnamese food in the Harbour Centre. Helpful staff, good selection, reasonable prices, quick service and very tasty food. Will be back when we return to Vancouver.

The counter ladies are so nice and this might be the best fast food pho in the city! Sure it's not the $30/bowl pho at Lunch Lady, the meat portion is generous and the soup is delicious. I look forward to coming back here again when I'm in Coal Harbour next and want a budget-friendly, non-chain restaurant option.

They forgot my order and did not tell me. Other people were getting food before me and when I asked, they said they're making it now. Lady did not even look at me, she murmured sorry, but didn't do anything about the situation at all! It gets really busy during lunch time and I only have a small window to get my food. It was very very disappointing, I didn't end up getting the food and requested a refund instead. Worst customer service. Go here if you want to test your patience and luck.

If you want overpriced mediocre fast food, then this is the place. We had the lemongrass pork with spring rolls, and the wonton soup. The pork tasted as if it was cooked 2 days prior and then reheated, spring rolls were incredibly dry, and wonton soup was not even wonton soup. Was hopeful since there were good reviews, but nope, will not recommend to anyone.

I love Thai and Vietnamese cuisine, especially their national seafood soups. Therefore, I order them everywhere and compare them in terms of taste, content and how it is prepared. At first glance, it seems that in this institution they cook a dish like in a restaurant, and not fast food. But there is no chef. One person at the checkout, she is also a cook. I really liked the look of my soup, but it's only on top. There was a lot of pasta inside and it seemed to me that I didn’t order soup, but noodles with gravy. The soup was very spicy and not easy to eat, especially when it was hot. As the soup cooled, it became less spicy and tastier.Big difference in serving size between Small and Large, but not in price, only $2. There is enough pasta in the soup to feed three people.

A3 Chargrill Chicken with Spring Roll on Vermicelli was really good. The service was fast and friendly. The chicken was really flavourful and tender, beyond my expectation for food court food.

I will never come back here.I ordered Lemongrass chicken and it was very spicy. I think they put spicy basil chiclen. (No taste of lemongrass at all)I asked them if it was a wrong order. They told me "lemongrass chicken is spicy a little bit".My kids couldn't eat them. Then they brought some pork for kids. "This not spicy. kids can eat"Actually this can't solve the problem...They also charge 25 cent for bowl to share the noodle for kids.I am a big fan of vietnamese food especially lemongrass chicken so always buy it when I go to food court. However very disappointed for my lunch here today.

Food was bland. Dipping sauce was like water not tasty. Spring roll tasted weird. Their peanut sauce was good tho but wouldn't recommend this place.

First time there and I loved the options it offers. The service was excellent, and food was delicious and I get to have salad roll stuffed with tofu. The dipping sauce was from out of this world. Definitely would go back again.

Terrible. The spicy basil chicken was just popper corn chicken. Didn’t finish.Lettuce wrap fell apart.
