Cafe location of the Namì food truck, located in the lobby of the HSBC building. There are a few tables set up where you can enjoy your food, and you can also take in the art exhibition and architecture.
They have an expanded menu from what the food truck offers: banh mi and rice bowls starting at 11, pressed banh mi, some pastries, and drinks all day. The drinks are great - the coffee and tea are serious and the unique flavours are fun. Unfortunately no decaf espresso drinks. The tofu banh mi was excellent, one of the best I’ve had (no crumbly bread), and the kaya pressed banh mi was simple but offered the perfect harmony of flavours and the unique sensory experience of the warm, toasted bread and kaya spread melding with the cool butter.
The staff is very nice. Banh mi are made to order and the drinks can be complicated depending on what you order, so service isn’t lightning fast, but it’s still suitable for a quick bite.

Website says they are open on Saturdays from 11 AM

I went there today and waited till 11:05 AM.
No one showed up for work. At least change the website if you’re not open on Saturdays.

I had the pulled chicken rice bowl and banana milk latte which were excellent. The pulled chicken rice bowl was the most delicious rice bowl I’ve had downtown.

The Hype Chocolate Collab items are a must try! Loved everything, especially the matcha with the white cup... It was one of the best matcha I have ever had :)

The matcha with white chocolate was so bad, didn’t taste good at all. Taste kinda like how a drink would taste after leaving a paper straw in it for a while.

NaMI Coffee's little stall in RBC Place might be easy to miss, but their Americano is a standout! Smooth, rich, and perfectly balanced - a great start to the day. Their clean, friendly service makes it even better. Can't wait to try their traditional Vietnamese coffees next time!

Today was my first time at Nami Café and it was great all around! Service was friendly and very quick even with a line ahead of my order. My food was incredible (pulled chicken rice bowl), and the atmosphere is open, bright and very clean.

Ordered the lemongrass tofu bowl. Overall, $20 was a bit steep for rice, cabbage, and tofu. There was no additional seasoning on the tofu and it appeared to come straight out of the package. Definitely not lemongrass tofu. The cabbage was roughly chopped which was a bit unappetizing- I would cut it more finely. Overall it was fine, but poor value.

I've had NaMi's banh mi at an event before and have been excited when I hear they opened up a location. I finally tried the traditional banh mi with pork belly and the Vietnamese coffee with coconut cream for lunch. Their banh mi is one of the best I've had in the lower mainland - crispy on the outside and soft on the inside and the pork belly is definitely worth it. The coffee was rich and smooth but just a tad too strong for me to have past noon. Will have both again!
