You decided it was okay to not include the ONE LITRE OF LEMONADE I ORDERED. I am not feeling well and am dehydrated and needed that. All I got was a small order of max and cheese and a small my mashed potato. With tax and tip and delivery I paid over 40.00 for two small sides. You should be ashamed of yourselfs. I called and the manager did not give a crap. He just told me to reach out to door dash . Unacceptable

Im from London England and both me and my partner grown up on cheeky Nando’s and we’re so excited to try it in Canada (especially as it was her birthday)however, this has to be the worst Nando’s I’ve ever had in my life. The medium isn’t a medium literally no spice there’s no fountain drinks the peri peri fries we’re disgusting the chicken was dry and flavourless and the whole atmosphere of the place literally felt like a cheap chicken shop. Seriously don’t even bother you’re better off going to the McDonald’s across the street than this place it’s seriously terrible the only saving grace is that it’s cheap and the guy behind the counter was very attentive. I’d avoid this place at all cost it’s a waste of money even at $40 for 2 meals and drinks

Misleading pictures on the menu. The portion is smaller than advertised (I ordered a bowl with half a breast and received 1/4 at most). Attendants poorly trained and food overpriced. Food is ok, but I left the restaurant hungry. Furniture very old and with lots of wear and tear. Washroom was clean, at least

Food was absolutely terrible and uncooked, the chicken was full of sauce, and the salad they gave me was dry and clearly wasn’t washed. I wish I could get a refund but I don’t have the time to go back. I dont recommend here at all!!! TERRIBLE.

First visit to this location and pleased with the polite and friendly reception, taking order for takeout. The server was very nice and I felt a tip was deserved, my pleasure. I took a seat and waited for my order to be called but when it was handed over to me by I assume the store manager (Asian guy) I requested a bag? He snapped "twenty five cents" and slapped down a bag telling another employee to ring it up. After leaving a healthy tip after the initial pleasant service, this ruined the experience for me ever going back. No please, No thank you. The chicken was cooked to perfection I must say. Twenty five cents was no problem paying for a bag, it was expected. The rudeness unnecessary.
