Nemesis Coffee GNW

Coffee was good but the dude asks you to sit in the lamest spot in the place even if the place is empty and they don't take cash. I'll prefer a cafe thats not so picky about everything.

So so so so delicious, the Turkish breakfast plate is the best thing I've had for brunch in a while. Everything is always on point here, never disappoints.

Great food, unique building, and cool space. We ordered the mortadella supreme and seasonal avocado toast. The breakfast sandwich was not heavy even with rich individual components. I liked the spicy kick from the mustard aioli. The avocado toast was delicious. I loved the whole grain bread, and the unique additions of pickled squash and salsa macha. They certainly elevated it beyond a typical bougie avocado toast. Finally, the cold brew was perfectly balanced for me and not too acidic.

Mmm I love Nemesis, their drinks and pastries are always delightful. On the pricier side but worth it for the atmosphere and quality. The Pork belly Benedict was delicious 🤤

Went to Nemesis Café GNW back in 2022 with my sister when she came to visit me after so many years. It was a really nice experience — the café has a cool vibe, the coffee was strong and tasty, and the pastries were fresh.
It made our catch-up even more special. It can get busy at times, but I’d definitely go back.

When we got there, no seats were available and we were going to have to wait 30 minutes or eat outside in the cold. I tried to order my cookie heated up but their oven was in use so I would’ve had to eat it cold. So I decided to leave and get a warm cookie and coffee somewhere else

I really enjoyed my visit to nemesis, I had a London fog and the pear coconut French toast and my partner had a mocha and a cruffin? It was pear and marshmallow flavor and both were very delicious! However even though the French toast was so good, so flavorful and honestly one of the best I've had it was extremely small and only one piece of bread. I dont understand why it wouldn't have 2 pieces of bread and really was a let down for me. Bread is probably the cheapest ingredient in the french toast and it felt really disingenuous. I don't think I would return because the prices are really high and the disappointing French toast.

My friend took me to Nemesis Coffee, and we really enjoyed the atmosphere. Both the cappuccino and cortado were beautifully made and tasted great. Such a lovely spot to relax and enjoy good coffee!

I went with a friend on a Saturday morning, it was busy from the minute it opened. I had a croissant and the hot chocolate. The croissant was absolutely delicious, very buttery and the lamination was done with a lot of precision, which is a difficult art to master. That being said, the hot chocolate was alright - I've had better and this one wasn't at all memorable. My friend had a matcha latte she wished was stronger.

All the pastries looked delicious and I would definitely go again if I were in the area. I was tempted to buy more than one just by the look of them and would love to try something new or even have another butter croissant.
