I was happy with Turkey breakfast. The smoked sausage was delicious. The latte was so small. Its good to go on Sunday with friends.

Very slow service. They don’t allow you to bring your baked goods back to your table yourself as any normal cafe would. This causes long waits just to get your croissant after ordering. Croissant was ok but there are a quite a few better croissant places in Vancouver.

this place is very poorly managed, the line moves so slow. three times ive come here and three i left, thats over 100$ you lost of buisness from one person and i can imagine how many people see that line and walk away on a daily basis. First you need another till one for coffee and pastry and one for everything if thats not possible then... second the cashier shouldnt move they just take orders, third one person should be prepairing pastrys from both reciepts and by asking people in line to get ahead of the orders, fourth cash assistant takes care of hot orders of hot orders and running food to tables and fifth one person running shots and dealing with coffee. its not a complicated system. constantly your cashiers walk away and bump into eachother while they dance around disorganized. you're staff moves incredibly slow because of this.

The only reason this isn’t a one star is because the staff is nice and atmosphere is nice. Other than that why did I pay 12.5 for a croissant with cheese, egg and then had to pay 5$ for avocado on the side???? If im not getting the pork on the sandwich I’d assume that the avocado would be a suitable substitute but nope had to pay 17.32$ for something that definitely isn’t worth the money and overhyped. For that kinda money I could’ve had a whole meal. I definitely don’t recommend coming here unless you have just money laying around to spend…

my go-to is the queen and an iced latte. the service is good, you don't need to line up again if you already ordered and are ordering again.

the building is beautiful, but can get quite loud. the music, people talking, the clinks and clangs of the kitchen and all the coffee making activity.

my biggest gripe is the place not having wifi. the signal is poor here, so it makes for a rather poor experience for a coffee shop

Bodega sando? $14? Seriously?
Grew up eating these sandwiches in nyc for $3. They are supposed to be cheap and filling sandwiches. No way inflation and the cost of ingredients is that bad.

Coffee is great, staff is even better, atmosphere is uncanny.

One of the waiters was really rude. He took away my matcha latte and started cleaning the table before I even finished it! That was terrible! The overall experience was terrible!

Their baked goods are great and their drinks are okay. Every time I've visited there's always been a line and they're always sold out of items. Good to try for the first time but I'm sure there are better places that are not always out of stock. They're also stationed in an area where there's a lot of foot traffic due to offices and whatnot so there's bound to be lineups all the time.

Good coffee, friendly service, and a very clean location. The experience was decent, though I expected a bit more. Prices, including for the bakery items, are reasonable, but the lack of Wi-Fi is a downside.

Never heard of a coffee shop without WiFi, so this was a first. Kitchen was inoperable so no hot food. Won't be back.

Food is decent, pork belly benny wasn’t my fav, but good nonetheless. Vibes were 🔥
Also not sure if coincidental but this was my first meal of the day and had stomach troubles right after.
