Worst serving ever………………worst ever. When the manager know we are uni students,she just speak to us with bad tone and no patience.

This is one of the worst Neptune Eats branches. I was excited when they first opened in Kerrisdale, but the experience was extremely disappointing. After being seated, I waited a long time for someone to take my order. When they finally did, it took forever for the food to arrive. After more than half an hour, I asked a different waitress about my order, only to find out they had completely missed it. I had been sitting there for over half an hour with nothing on the table, and no one even apologized. The restaurant had half a dozen staff members either wiping down empty tables or staring out the windows, yet none of them noticed that I had been sitting there with no food, despite there being only two other occupied tables. The restaurant is so big but with many empty tables gives an extra eerily and unpleasant atmosphere. I love Neptune but this is the branch I’ll never return.

Prices are not low but food qualities are. We ordered two BBQ duck soup noodles and one beef fried rice noodles. The BBQ duck was not fresh, uneditable in my opinion, and the beef was bland and tasteless.

An excellent place to visit, the crab is exquisite, the best dish, the food is very fresh. In general the flavors are very good, as a recommendation the garlic crab and shrimp as well as garlic wings are the best option.

I ordered takeout barbecued pork rice for $30 plus tax, and got a total of 7 pieces of dry and woody barbecued pork. Seriously?
