I made a list of all the highest rated places for my trip to vancouver. This was my most disappointed unfortunately. I got the original mini waffle and it just tasted like a croissant that was pressed. I was expecting it to be pretty fluffy as well and this was not the case.

I have great memories of this place from the past. The food was always delicious, and the staff was warm and friendly, no matter how busy it got. Unfortunately, it doesn't feel the same anymore — both the food and the service aren’t as good as they used to be. I hope they can return to the high standards they once had.

We ordered the caramelized banana and Nutella waffle—it was incredibly light and fluffy! Just what we needed for a boost of energy after our walk through Stanley Park.
First time visiting this location and I felt bad, because I didn’t have my debit card to pay and Nero waffles doesn’t accept cash. It would have been nice if there was some sign stating it was a cashless establishment. I had to walkout with nothing. Luckily my daughter had her debit card, so we were able to order a couple of powdered sugar waffles. The waffle were tasty, crispy and soft. Wish there was a bit more powdered sugar. The atmosphere was clean from what I could see. The seating area was closed when I visited.
