Dynamite food and service. The guy was alone today but the service was still great. The eggs benedict with salmon were out of this world. Some of the best hollandaise sauce I've ever had. And the waffles were light enough that I was still able to eat another one after the eggs.

Waffles were amazing, the sweet one had delicious mascarpone and lots of fruit and the salty one really good as well. Definitely recommend this place. Only one thing was off and that was the fact that there are no restrooms in the restaurant, you need to use the ones in the mcdonald next door.

Tried the Berry Mascarpone waffle — it was delicious! The waffle was crisp on the outside, soft on the inside, with fresh berries and a light mascarpone cream that wasn’t overly sweet. I do feel it could’ve used a bit more syrup and a scoop of ice cream to make it even more indulgent, but overall it was still amazing.
My partner had the Banella Brûlée, which was incredible,the caramelized brûlée topping added the perfect crunch, pairing beautifully with the banana and Nutella inside.
Both waffles were beautifully presented, generous in portion, and definitely worth trying. We’ll be back to explore more of the menu!

Nero's one of those modern restaurant branches that prioritizes their food's presentation over taste. With their over-the-top ingredient towers, people are more likely to post a picture of their food and give free advertisement before they have even tasted the meal to know if it's good or not.
I visited during an especially rushed period and was stuck waiting and listening to the manager loudly berating and interrogating his staff about minor mistakes. I felt both sorry for the staff, as well as feeling less-than-hopeful about the quality of my own impending food. It just felt like the energy was sucked out of the room.
An added bonus was seeing a mouse in the cafe. I alerted a kitchen worker about it, but they didn't have any plan on how to address it and it seemed to be a regular occurrence given their lack of surprise.

We went there on a Sunday early morning, and it was nice to find the entire menu available. We tried the savory options first, and I must say that the one with seasoned Brie cheese on top and accompanied by very thin slices of prosciutto (I honestly couldn't figure out how they manage to make it crispy without necessarily cooking it), is truly special. The waffles in general are tasty, especially the liége type, although it's understandable that for sweet dishes the fluffy batter option works much better. Good, efficient service. A nice option for any given Sunday.
