Boutique at Hudson Bay is permanently closed and new one in Pacific Mall is still under construction. Looking forward to buy my favorite coffee there.?

Fantastic service from very friendly and knowledgeable staff at the Nespresso store. The coffee samples were wonderful and a great way to “try before you buy”. Lots of activity and people coming through on the afternoon I was there.

Staff at the counter (selling the pods and machines) have always been super pleasant and friendly to deal with. I enjoy visiting the store in person rather than ordering online.

I tried to buy Nespresso Capsules this Friday and this Sunday and the Entrance to the Bay was closed. Total unreliable these days. Please provide a new location

I am really enjoy Nespresso products.This location close to my study place and I was often visiting to buy some coffee pods for my original series.They have nice bar and recently asking for new tasting experience.Last ones I try was flavoured seasonal coffee. I like it a lot.I hope I can work there as well and help them to make more customers happy.

I went to this Nespresso Boutique located at The Bay Downtown and I had the worst shopping experience ever! The lady at the counter had a really poor attitude and not welcoming at all. She looked so pissed and made me think that I was there begging for free coffee. It's easy to notice who was that lady because that was so obvious!

Ryan, one of the managers, is a very rude and impolite person towards a customer of Nespresso for several years!
