I had such a great experience here. Coming from Switzerland that has the best Nespresso boutique the service here is impeccable. Macie was warm and gracious and helped me choose my coffee and thank you Gaston at the bar for making me a great maple coffee. Will come in store more often .

Went with my friend on July 26 to help her choose a machine, and we saw the cutest pink Nespresso. A gorgeous Asian lady helped us (I think she might be Philipino?) she had long straight hair and such a sweet smile. She was patient and friendly, andreally knew everything about the machines and capsules. She explained it in such a simple way, like even I could understand without feeling dumb 😂...

The best part was she even gave us coffee to try, even tho I think the bar was already closed?? Like, who does that?? That was really sweet of her. I didn’t catch her name, but I wish I did. Service was 10/10. Thank you ❤️

Dear Nespresso Team,

I’m writing to express my disappointment after a very unpleasant experience at your Vancouver boutique.

My husband and I visited the store to buy a Nespresso machine for our new home. While looking around, we asked about getting a coffee at the bar. A staff member asked what machine we were using, and I explained that we don’t have one yet — that’s exactly why we came in. She then pointed at the door and said, “No coffee for you. Coffee is only for our members,” in a rude and dismissive tone.

We were shocked. It felt like we were being kicked out just for asking a simple question. Obviously, after being treated like that, we left without buying anything.

As someone who just settled in Canada and was genuinely excited to make Nespresso part of our new chapter, this experience was incredibly discouraging.

I’ve been visiting this downtown location frequently since I live nearby, but unfortunately, the service has always been disappointing compared to the Richmond and Metrotown locations. When I go in for a coffee tasting, the staff often act as if I’m being annoying, and when it’s time to pay, a different staff member usually makes it clear that they’d prefer I leave quickly. When I went on Google to leave a review, I noticed that many others have complained about the customer service as well, which doesn’t surprise me at all. It’s interesting that, despite interacting with different staff members each time, I’ve consistently had this kind of experience. I really hope they improve their customer service soon.

Clean, organized, and spacious, but the customer service leaves much to be desired.
Very unfortunate especially since the old Richmond location had great service and a solid selection. Now that it’s gone, this is the next closest spot - but with the longer drive and drop in service, I’m not sure it’s worth coming out here. I’ll probably just stick to online ordering from now on..

Here to agree with sentiment about the change to recycling practice. Previously nespresso provided postage paid recycling bags but have switched to providing non-postal bags offering to pick these up in conjunction with an online delivery provided by fleet optics. We’ve tried unsuccessfully for a pickup over six times now. Fleet optics do not attempt to pickup capsules whatsoever! I will be switching to a regular espresso machine.

I was there for the first time and I felt like the cashier was in a rush with me. I mean … I was thinking what to buy for a couple of minutes but no help, no recommendation, nothing. I’m a new costumer so recommendations are very welcomed!

I was in line behind Trey Williams (previous review) and he shouldn't be asking the staff personal questions, throwing unjustified comments that makes them uncomfortable and then leaving an unfair review.

That being said, the team in downtown always went above and beyond to make sure I get the best service and help. They always offer me tastings of new coffees when I'm purchasing and let me know if I have any specials on my account ☕️🩷.
