I recently had the pleasure of using the Nester grocery delivery service at Whistler, and I must say that the service provided by Gerry and his crew was absolutely incredible. I cannot recommend them more strongly!From the moment I placed my order on their website, I was impressed by the level of service and attention to detail. Despite the fact that I had a long list of items to be delivered, Gerry and his team made sure to go through each item with me to ensure that everything was accurate and to my satisfaction. They didn't hesitate to make any necessary adjustments or substitutions to ensure that I received exactly what I needed.What really stood out to me was their commitment to customer satisfaction. What happened to this store? It used to be a good place to shop, but in just the past 6 months or so it has declined to the level of a grossly over-priced convenience shop. The formerly well-stocked fish counter is now just terrible - nothing but tilapia and previously frozen cod. Dairy and produce prices are so ridiculous, I can't believe anyone still shops here. Shoppers - please vote with your feet. Walk 10 minutes over to Fraser for a better selection and much lower prices.

Dear Nesters, I understand that prices are going up and that branded products are costing a lot more. However, it is unfortunate that a lot of cheaper (cheaper brand) products have been disappearing from your shelves and are no longer being offered in store. It would be great if you would still offer customers a cheaper alternative.
It is a great place to shop for food. Reasonable prices and staff are friendly.

This would have been a 5 star rating because the store was beautiful, produce was fresh, staff were friendly. I did not enjoy waiting in the line to pay for my items. The line went all the way down one aisle and then half way down the aisle at the back of the store. It would have been great if the supervisor on duty could have hopped onto a cash to help clear up the line.
