The food was not great, was not a fan of the salmon sandwich, croissant, brownie, matcha bonbon, and weird cornbread butternut squash thing.
Amazing food and service. Adorable decor. I loved that you could order 1/2 pots so you could try several different teas.
Great attentive service. Able to seat earlier than reservation - appreciated! Fresh food and good service. Loved the tea choices and variety of teas. THANKS
A perfectly wonderful high tea that works with almost any food restrictions. And the teas, oh my!
Wonderful cozy tea salon! I had the Tiger Lily Jasmine tea which was so good! The tea sandwiches were delightful also. Service was very friendly. Well worth the visit
We arrived on time. 1.5 hours was too short of a time frame. High Tea is meant to be social and relaxing. Food was thoughtfully prepared and kept with the whimsical theme. Tea selection and quality was good. For a 1.5 hour sitting, it took too long for our tea and food to come out—the server said this was due to a large party next to us, though this felt like an excuse. Experience was just okay. I felt rushed...the server wanted us to leave to prepare for the next seating. 2 hours would be better.
Very nice ambience and the staff is lovely. The selection of tea is amazing. Everything was delightful. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the gluten free bread. It was very grainy and unappetizing. It would be great if there was a vegan WITH gluten option. But overall a fantastic experience and would return :)
Our overall experience was enjoyable; however, we did feel somewhat rushed by our server, as though we were being encouraged to finish quickly. Additionally, we would love to see more seafood options offered on the menu.
Terri and Renee, owners of Neverland Tea Salon. Arranged a special outing for my granddaughter's birthday at Neverland Tea Salon. She was very excited. Given mobility issues, and as an architect, I carefully made a reservation a week in advance for a table with ease of access. The table was selected, confirmed well in advance with your staff and noted on my reservation. On day of our reservation, I arrived 10 minutes early only to find our confirmed table reservation was not respected. Needless to say spending 20 minutes to resolve this situation and arrange for other seating put a damper on the birthday celebration. Given your numerous regulations and the fact that you have fixed seating times, this was not the relaxing, enjoyable outing we anticipated. It is incumbent on you to respect mobility issues. Disappointed.
We have been here several times and it is consistently excellent! The servers make the experience even better!

I wish I had known about Neverland Tea Salon a long time ago. It is the cutest place with the nicest decor and ambiance and the best servers. I am Celiac (gluten allergy) and they have a beautiful gluten free menu. Our server was also Celiac, so I felt very safe eating here and had no reaction to the food afterwards. The food was absolutely delicious and the overall experience was fabulous! I highly recommend going here for High Tea!
Neverland has a lovely ambience and one of the best selections of teas I've seen! The food selection is unique and delicious as well. The timeslots are only 1.5 hours though, so we did feel a little rushed.
Service was lovely and food was delicious as always. W our server was very tentative for good allergies and provided great recommendations.
The tiny storefront setting of Neverland opens to reveal a lovely whimsical interior. The food is what is to be expected from a high tea: flavourful, tiny portions, beautifully displayed. That said, there are improvements that can be made. While the system for pre brewing the tea is interesting, not everyone takes their tea at the same strength. Even though a stronger steeping was requested, it still was not to the accustomed dark amber for Orange Pekoe. Please purchase teapots and give your customers the option of table brewing. We were encouraged to order half pots and try other teas, which we did. Imagine our surprise when our bill was much more than anticipated. The server did not inform us the extra charge or amount for this service. The server, while pleasant and informative, seemed to be distracted or unsettled by something. The table spacing is adequate, however, those seated along corridor to by the counter felt exposed. Is it possible to put a privacy screen? Finally, after enjoying the ambience and nibbles, the WC was a negative experience. Close the doors of the dishwashing area and call in your decorator. Saying that, the experience over all was quaint, not amazing or memorable. I probably won't return but might recommend.
All was good but not too different from other tea places. We find it's somewhat overpriced but we get it that this is a fee for experience. At the end we asked if there was an extra scone available and the server said yes. We later saw that the fee for that was added and was quite high. Would be good to mention costs of add-ons to the clients prior.
