Neverland Tea Salon Vancouver

Service was lovely and food was delicious as always. W our server was very tentative for good allergies and provided great recommendations.

All was good but not too different from other tea places. We find it's somewhat overpriced but we get it that this is a fee for experience. At the end we asked if there was an extra scone available and the server said yes. We later saw that the fee for that was added and was quite high. Would be good to mention costs of add-ons to the clients prior.

A cozy restaurant on Broadway, not much of a view or anything special around the area. The food was expected, fair value, service was great. However spaces between table were a bit tight. The chairs and table we dined on seems a bit out of touch with the other furnitures. (Maybe they were added on later to accommodate more people?) And the tip suggestion starts at 22%, 25%, 30% which we would feel bad for changing when the waitress was beside us all the time when we are using their machine.

We enjoyed everything about our high tea experience from the amazing choice of teas, to the exceptional service and attention to detail. It was a first high tea experience for a friend and she was thrilled! Can't wait to come again!

We had the most wonderful service from the sweetest servers and enjoyed the food and especially the tea. The one tricky thing was that this was a big splurge for our family and we felt a bit rushed out the door. Our last tea order had to go in with still a half hour until our time was up, so we already started to feel rushed at that point. What I think could easily remedy this is if tables were booked with a fifteen minute window in between for cleaning up. We understood that we had the table from 12:30-2:00 (as per the website and note on the table) but the reality is that the next group is booked to start their experience at 2:00. This puts the poor servers in the awkward position of having to rush people along. Our family of four spent $300 on this experience for a special birthday and wanted to be able to enjoy it calmly.

I took my mom for her first High Tea at the age of 92 and she loved it. We were there on a Wednesday so not busy and service and food was amazing as always! Can't wait to go back!

This salon is delightful!! Loved the ambiance; it was whimsical and fun! The Mad Hatter's High Tea was perfect for a light lunch or a little nosh before dinner and the food was delicious, especially the sweets (I have quite the sweet tooth!). The service was attentive, the teas were superb and I would highly recommend this place to everyone!!

The tea service was fabulous! Everything tasted wonderful, looked amazing, and the service was lovely! I would highly recommend!

My family and I went to Neverland Tea Salon for my husband and daughter's birthday. Since my daughter was 6, every year, we celebrate their birthdays in tearooms or at home tea parties. Everything in Neverland was perfect and it became our family's most favourite tearoom after spending a wonderful time there, because we couldn't stop talking about our experience there! We also decided to go back next year for my husband and daughter's birthday again next year! Thanks to all staff at Neverland for the great time!🙏🏻

Customer service was splendid, and my friend and I had experienced an absolutely wonderful high tea with a delicious selection of teas and menu items. Beautiful ambience, highly recommend!

High Tea to celebrate the end of summer and start of a new school season was enjoyable. The food was delicious and aesthetically pleasing. The gluten and dairy free option is so appreciated. We had a wonderful time.

This was our first high tea and it was everything we could have asked for! The gluten free option was amazing and all the teas we tried were delicious. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. The decor was absolutely to die for!!

The summer in Italy was wonderful! They don't seem to do anything special for birthday reservations, but it was still lovely
