We arrived on time. 1.5 hours was too short of a time frame. High Tea is meant to be social and relaxing. Food was thoughtfully prepared and kept with the whimsical theme. Tea selection and quality was good. For a 1.5 hour sitting, it took too long for our tea and food to come out—the server said this was due to a large party next to us, though this felt like an excuse. Experience was just okay. I felt rushed...the server wanted us to leave to prepare for the next seating. 2...
Very nice ambience and the staff is lovely. The selection of tea is amazing. Everything was delightful. The only thing that I didn't enjoy was the gluten free bread. It was very grainy and unappetizing. It would be great if there was a vegan WITH gluten option. But overall a fantastic experience and would return :)
Our overall experience was enjoyable; however, we did feel somewhat rushed by our server, as though we were being encouraged to finish quickly. Additionally, we would love to see more seafood options offered on the menu.
