New York Fries Pacific Mall

I order snack size classic poutine and got really dissatisfied with your food. The gravy and curd were not enough as per the fries. As a result, I had to garbage my half of fries and this has happened with me twice . Half of the fries were fully dry. Kindly take this into your consideration and provide the appropriate toppings as per the size .

Tried the truffle fries , the top layer was super busy and tasty , but the sauces and stuff were not really spread throughout the portion so the flavor got gotted pretty fast. I also found the fries a bit hard , but the portion was pretty good.

Got macho fries fresh

I ordered veggie fries along 30 minutes early and i add special note for extra ketch up and forks and extra salt and pepper but i receive only fries nothing on side. This is very bad experience for me and i will never visit there again.

It was very unpleasant today . Lady doesn’t paid attention and her expressions were totally opposite which should be during customer service

The girl at front was so rude and wasnt paying attention to what i was ordering . I visited around 4:15pm today .

We ordered regular veg fries which was amazing. It was my first time to try this restaurant which was very great. I will definitely love to visit again. The staff behave is good 👍

Front desk cashier is very rude he dont know how to talk with customer he argue with me when i said that you guys put tooo much sauce on fries. Worst fries ever i ate . Its not the same as other locations.

I'm giving 1 star because of the rude girl who works there. I believe I've had her before when asking for more ketchup she gave such a bitchy look and begrudgingly handed it over. Today I again ordered a large fries for my disabled client and asked for 1 extra ketchup and a fork and she looked so annoyed like It was such an inconvenience for her. After reading some of the other reviews sounds like you need to get new staff who aren't little princesses. The other few staff were kind but when I keep getting service like that I will just go somewhere else. You're getting paid to do the simple thing you're asked for and required to do stop acting like I'm asking you to give me your unborn child or something.

Good and fast service, what you would expect from NY fries / fast food place. I ordered the bacon double cheese poutine and it tasted bland and had too much green onions, wish they added more gravy!!
