New York Fries Pacific Mall

I'm giving 1 star because of the rude girl who works there. I believe I've had her before when asking for more ketchup she gave such a bitchy look and begrudgingly handed it over. Today I again ordered a large fries for my disabled client and asked for 1 extra ketchup and a fork and she looked so annoyed like It was such an inconvenience for her. After reading some of the other reviews sounds like you need to get new staff who aren't little princesses. The other few staff were kind but when I keep getting service like that I will just go somewhere else. You're getting paid to do the simple thing you're asked for and required to do stop acting like I'm asking you to give me your unborn child or something.

Good and fast service, what you would expect from NY fries / fast food place. I ordered the bacon double cheese poutine and it tasted bland and had too much green onions, wish they added more gravy!!

Its always so busy and the team is always working so hard with smiles on their faces. Give these people raises.

Been there twice now, service is friendly. French fries are very good and I like it that you can get free condiments and vinegar. The snack size seems to be the perfect size for a quick meal in between for a decent price. I do really recommend it.

I was taking delivery from New York price and there was a short guy with a beard. He has too much aggression. I ask him a normal question. He gave me the delivery food with two bottles of drink and I ask him a normal question. Can I have a bag for this bottles start yelling at why you don’t have your own back you should bring your bag you’re ashamed of your work. I said there is no requirement to bring it back. I do have back. I ask you a normal question you need to be chill. He tried to jump, and I was laughing, and I told him just chill and he is telling me I will take the order back from you. He got too much temper. I don’t know how he deal with the other customers, but this guy the little guy has too much temper, which is not good for the business, that’s why I’m giving this review. Maybe the food is good. I never tried but that small guy has too much temper. Hopefully the owners guide them really well to have some manners and talk with the people with some patients. Everyone is working you’re not the only one who’s working there God bless him

Exactly what you would expect from a New York Fries. Fast service and comfort food. I prefer the double bacon cheese fries

Great place to stop by and eat before taking the skytrain to the airport or ferry terminal. It's convenient if in a rush

Guy at cash did not have a nice manner to me at all and even told me to wait behind another woman who was not even standing at the till or look to be in line. Possibly because she is brown like the man working and I am of Chinese descent.. an example of disrespect and racism. His tone continued to be sour and without any form of manners to me seemed to be very miserable with his position

The poutine is good, but is unconsistent, sometimes the fries are undercooked almost raw, the staff is kind and is generally ok

The food was fresh and the taste of the fires was good, not sour rather than it was crispy and the staff was very friendly and service was good as they cleared the line up pretty well and I didn't had to wait for a long time to get my food.

I always have a great experience at New York Fries in the Pacific Mall food court! The fries are always crispy. The friendly staff even remembers my order since I’m there every Friday. That personal touch keeps me coming back!

Was not satisfied with the food. Oil was black, French fries were not good in taste and lacked flavour. I do not find that their food can be seen as a meal. I did not find much value in their food
