Quite a dingy environment. But the pho wasn't cheap, and I really think not good enough overall.

Surprisingly good food, but the service is quite slow, also the restaurant is outdated and feels dirty.Vegetarian options: You have to ask for them!

Drove by, and the band mi sandwich shop we wanted to go was closed. Saw this place across the street and thought to give it a try. The restaurant itself is like any old Asian restaurant with tacky decorations and a sticky floor. Probably not the best dining experience if you dine here.Order some of my favorite vietnamese dishes as well as their banh mi sandwiches to go. The food was edible, but I wouldn't recommend it. The sandwiches were the worst. They didn't come with the normal veggie garnishes. No cucumber slices, cilantro, or pickled veggies. Instead, it had shredded lettuce?? And their "shred pork" was basically chopped up pork ham (which, by the way, is not what a shredded pork banh mi sandwich is like.) They should have just called it a ham banh mi. Actually, they shouldn't even call it a banh mi, and just call it a sandwich. In all my 30+ years, I have never seen lettuce in a banh mi sandwiches.

My girlfriend and I ordered pho and rice. The pho was everything you'd want a solid traditional bowl of pho to be so I give that a 4.5. As for the rice it was quite the opposite. Rice was cold and pork chop was cold and dry. The tomato on the side salad was bad.

I've been here with my family ever since I was little, the service and food always taste amazing! The waiters would give me and my sisters bowls and scissors to share the pho, this is a very family friendly restaurant. I've been ordering my favourite dish (#51 grilled pork and grilled chicken on rice), they have refreshing milkshakes, and their pho is also flavourful. I would rate them higher than 5 stars, 11/10 amazing restaurant!!

I came here for lunch, Bun bo hue was just okay. Bathrooms are tiny with no hooks for your bag etc. so it was an unpleasant experience and the lady was a teeny winsy rude ? I personally wouldn’t come back

Came in here for lunch. Place was empty and the owner was watching hockey. Ordered the house special pho, pretty good. Food came out quick as expected with Vietnamese noodle broth soups. Don't know why this place isn't busier. Yes, the place could use a refresh but no complaints - food was tasty and would return. Priced well too, not expensive. Inflation hasn't hit this place yet.

This is the best Vietnamese restaurant in the lower main land!!We always have the #41, lemongrass pork, springroll, vermicelli with fresh veggies...Oh my goodness my taste buds were dancing ?!!Go here if you like Vietnamese cuisine, their salad rolls are so scrumptious.I have tried the chicken and porch chops with rice and veggies.Wow, this mom and pop restaurant is a hidden gem ?.I highly recommend this restaurant ?Have the #41, or anything on the menu and be prepared for a wonderful delight and the portions are very generous (:Chef BessVegetarian options: They have many different dishes and vegetarian dishes too. I really like the people here so I come to visit them but I don't really like the food. I just feel that it's not that fresh and the quantity is not that great, but I do like the noodles they use in the pho. I also try to sell a roll today and I wasn't impressed.

Drove down from Seattle as my friend brought me to this place a while back and they're still open! They recently changed their hours of operation to 7/8pm so defs give them a call if you're not sure.Food was excellent and the deep fried spring rolls are really authentic and use rice paper (they make theirs in house and you can ask to buy them in bulk/frozen!) Also picked up some of the Nha Trang Beef Balls that they make and they sell that in 1lbs bags so they were easy to bring home with me.Their portions are really generous and I recommend their #10 special beef noodle soup and #41 and #49 (with lemongrass chicken) to anyone who hasn't tried! Takeout portions were also consistent.I will be revisiting next time i'm back in Vancouver.

The only place I have found in a long time that offers a large bowl of pho Under $12 dollars.BUT the quality is average. If you have extra $2 to spend, try another pho place might be a sensible action to take.
