Nightingale Reviews
We recently celebrated my husbands 40th birthday with an amazing dinner at Nightingale! There were 12 of us and had a family style dinner, which every plate that came out was amazing. I wish I lived in Vancouver because I would frequent Nightingale weekly. Service was prompt and they were consistently keeping the drinks flowing.
Very poor customer service.
Food and service are always on point. Love coming for lunch here if it's not booked solid.

Nightingale is a cozy restaurant located in a heritage building, offering a rustic meets modern design. The place is bustling, especially during happy hour, creating a vibrant atmosphere that guests enjoy even during the day. The menu features unique dishes like Kennebec fries with malt vinegar aioli and Cauliflower hummus with chermoula. The Roasted brussels sprouts are a star, cooked to perfection and dressed to let the true vegetable shine. The Charred savoy cabbage may be too salty for some. The Roasted mushroom pizza is a winner with delicious toppings and a great crust, while the Fried chicken is moist and juicy on the inside with a crispy exterior, topped with a remarkable maple glaze. The Salted caramel pot de crème is a delightful dessert with layers of textures.
Nightingale offers a variety of options clearly marked on the menu for vegans. The Bramble cocktail is a must-try, along with the grilled broccolini with Calabrian chili vinaigrette as a side. Guests have praised the attentive service, with servers ensuring that water glasses are always full and wine is poured immediately. Many guests have enjoyed the Chef's table experience, describing it as a fun way to witness the kitchen action, although some found it a bit warm. The pizzas, especially the wood-fired varieties, are exceptionally tasty. The decor inside is well done, adding to the overall dining experience. Nightingale is an amazing spot for an elevated lunch or dinner in downtown Vancouver, leaving guests wanting to return for special occasions.
