went on a sunday and got the miso ramen and yuzu sorbet. i really enjoyed the broth from the ramen! it was very rich and flavourful. i liked how you can adjust noodle firmness and portions, as well as amounts of certain ingredients. i wish i could decrease the amount of toppings instead of taking it out completely (they only had options for removing toppings).
the yuzu sorbet came in a chilled plate, and it was absolutely delicious! super worth eating it during the cold weather.

Flavor profiles here are much better than Horin but their staff needs to work on their serving skills. When serving the bowls they only announce the type of soup - we had to figure out whether it was thin/thick noodle, little/lots oil, add ons, etc ourselves. They also forgot one add on and gave it to us at the end when we were almost done our noodles. One of our 6 people table got their ramen while others were halfway done. The black garlic ramen had copious amounts of black garlic - plus points for that! The curry tasted like box curry - one came with a curry spoon and one without.

I tried the tonkotsu ramen, which had a deep, creamy flavor that shows they take their broth seriously. The atmosphere is cozy with a modern touch—great for a midday break or a quick meal with friends. Service was fast, friendly, and attentive. I also loved the small details like the perfectly soft-boiled egg and crispy chashu slices. Prices are reasonable for the quality and portion size, and everything came out hot and fresh. Easily one of my new favorite ramen spots in Vancouver. Highly recommend checking it out if you’re craving authentic Japanese comfort food
