Tried the Nishi Dog a hot dog-inspired sushi roll I’ve never seen at any other sushi restaurant! 🍣🌭 It was super unique and delicious, especially if you love aburi. Definitely recommend giving it a try!

Great sushi! the price is reasonable and the portions are big. I enjoy the unagi roll and sashimi and the favorite of my family is yaki udon.The waitresses always remember that my daughter likes tempura sauce for her sashimi and brings it without us asking for it.

Writing this review as I’m still eating - we LOVE this sushi spot, it’s our local (but also Vancouver) humble favourite! The owners are the kindest couple who remember their regulars, and the sushi is sooooooo fresh and soooo delicious. Every roll is a great size, and you can’t beat the price - all around 5/5 for us - we fully recommend Nishi Sushi for reliable, fresh and artful sushi, owned greeted and fed by the kindest couple. We <3 Nishi!

I was disappointed although the previous ratings were high. Not cheap for the mediocre food and small portions. I ordered the Dyna Combo but it had lots of imitation crab meat and not a lot of other ingredients. Nigri was just ok. Service was really nice though and there was a few tables. Overall, I wouldn't purposely go there again.

The quality of the rolls was quite poor. So was the taste, which obviously is subjective. Avocado for the Avocado wasn’t ripe and tasted bad. The rest of the sushi unfortunately was not great either. Sorry, I won’t be back.

So disappointed. Ordered on DoorDash and they didn’t give any extra spicy mayo or even out any on half of the sushi that is supose to come with it. Will never be ordering here again. Awful
