I availed their buy 1 take 1 promo from Uber Eats and got their Vancouver Roll. I also added their Dragon Roll and Unagi Don. Their sushi rolls were delicious, but the eel slices from the Unagi Don were too thin.

Nishiki Sushi on Victoria Drive is an absolute gem! The food is simply amazing, each bite bursting with flavor and freshness. The staff are incredibly friendly and attentive, making you feel right at home from the moment you step in. Over the past 30 years in Vancouver, Dynamite Roll has been the worst what I had. Yam inside of the roll,good luck to find an avocado, in the end of roll was found one shrimp as it was having a tail The picture on the website is completely different. Check your order do not trust them! Delivery was February 26, 2024 The order was placed through UBER EATS.

This restaurant if more likely a westernized. The rice is supposed to be sticky but they gave me the ordinary white rice. The sauce is a lil bit sour. But they have one of the best Miso Soup because they add a sprinkle of spring onions which adds flavour. The food is almost okay. The westernized flavour is overpowering the Japanese flavour. The tempura is okay but the flavour is messing and especially the sweet potato. The side dish vegetables in the bottom of the meat where the heat from the hot plate destroys the texture and flavour, it became overcooked.The place is very spacious, lights are good. And also the cleanliness is good.The experience is not bad.

I ordered the deluxe tempura. It says it would come with salmon. Instead you use imitation crab to substitute the salmon. Very disrespectful. I dont appreciate being ripped off.
