All you can eat for around $60 per head after tax and tips. Meat was fresh, cooked food was tasty.

We went for all you can eat lunch at $39.99/person today between 1pm and 3pm. Contrary to other reviewers’ good experience, the beef in all kinds are quite tough and need a lot of chewing in order to swallow. Not tender at all. The appetizers are quite salty and spicy. The sweet and sour pork is too dry (deep fried for too long). Overall the quality of food is not quite there. There’s another option to upgrade to angus beef at $49.99/person. Friendly service. Clean environment. However unlikely to visit again.

Service was friendly and quick, but food was insanely overpriced compared to other JBBQ restaurants in the area. The sauces lack flavour and the miso soup is watered down. The meat itself is good quality.Notable warnings if you plan to eat here:- Large staircase at the entrance, not wheelchair accessible- The grill might be turned up way too hot and will burn your food immediately unless you turn it down to medium

Reasonable happy hour price for all you can eat. Service is mediocre as the owner doesn’t seem to happy about serving. Meat was delicious.

Conflicted leaving this review. My favourite Asian bbq place in town, and I’ve tried them all. Niu Niu is always so quiet when I go in so I never have to wait for a table. But they deserve the business, so I shouldn’t gatekeep the best bbq place in town for myself.

I did the $76/person menu because I arrived at 4 pm. As long as you arrive before 430pm, you get the happy hour price which includes 1 free drink and unlimited food. The wagyu beef was pretty good. Overall everything was pretty good. The food came when we ordered it, and there was no hold back or delay. Staff was attentive. The 2 ladies that worked there seemed like they only understood Mandarin (which was ok for me since I spoke it too, but it can be a bit of a problem for English speaking customers.)There is free underground parking, but be warned... there are probably 10 spots in total, and the parking spots/lot is tight if you have a bigger car.

Very pleasant AYCE experience! One of the best places for AYCE bbq. There are three diff menus to choose from, and I got the 40 dollar one during happy hour. Even with the cheapest option, the meat quality and size were good (some places cheap out and give really small slices which ruins the texture). Even the seafood were pretty fresh, not fishy what so ever. There are so many things to choose from, the variety of meats, side dishes, and appetizers is more than enough for this visit to be a enjoyable experience. The business started from a decent place, and yet, from my experience, they are continuing to improve. The first time I was here, the sauces were limited. But this time, they had 10 different dippings to choose from. The service was really good, too. The owners works as the servers and are very attentive to their customers.Overall, I highly recommend people to give this place a shot. It’s hard to find a high quality AYCE restaurant in Vancouver these days.
Amazing meat! Fun experience! Definitely pricer but a good time overall.

Pretty enjoyable for the service and food?
I believe they have changed owner. The set up and presentation are so different than the past photos. The meat are regular meat. We chose the 80$ per person. It is disappointing. Good luck whoever goes there. Only 3 tables is occupied including us during lunch time.

Fresh ingredients, expert grilling techniques, and attentive staff create a delightful culinary journey. This budget-friendly establishment is highly recommended for food enthusiasts seeking delicious barbecue in a welcoming atmosphere.

Definitely not coming back for Happy Hours. Not enough legroom for the seats and the food quality is poor.
