We ordered the transitional beef noodle plus one extra noodle for two people . When we have it we saw few maybe 4 pieces of very slim beef like a candy paper . Finally with unhappy conversation with waitress because of she is complaining the tips not meet her expectations. She said to us when she saw the tips we paid: The amount tips you paid for your consumption is just too outrageous. And two people share one order . We don’t think it is a graceful statement to a customer especially we came from others city to travel to visit the beautiful city and support local business. We can felt very strong discrimination from her speaking , because if we only order one noodle and paid less trips . It is really a bad experiences because of the amount of tips issues.

Went in Sunday at 8pm, the beef noodle barely had any beef, soup was quite salty and had a lot of MSG.
Also ordered bbq duck, even grocery store T&T is much better. Rice was completely hard & cold, came with one singular piece of gai lan and four pieces of bbq duck that was full of bones and cold. My mistake for ordering bbq duck at a noodle restarting but please take it off the menu if the restaurant is unable to make it of quality standard.

One of the best authentic Lanzhou noodle restaurants we’ve found in Vancouver. Found it several years ago and have been heading back there whenever we’re in the area. Definitely worth a visit!

We had the chili noodles and the vegan version of Dan Dan noodles and both were absolutely amazing. The scallion pancake on the side was a nice extra and the service was great. We’ll come back!
We often drive up from Seattle to Vancouver for the purpose of eating GOOD Chinese food. Today we went to Noodle Arts for the first time and OMG.....I'm in love and might have to just move here!!!! We are vegetarian and they were very accommodating with many choices on the menu. The hand-pulled MADE TO ORDER Dan Dan noodles were out of this world and you get to choose the diameter of the noodles you'd like. We chose the thickest (5mm) and they were so fresh and chewy. I was in culinary heaven. The sauce the noodles were in was divine. We also ordered Spicy Salted Tofu and the portion was immense. The tofu was fried but very dry and not oily at all. For dessert we order the red bean pancake and it was not great and very oily. The woman who waited on us was very friendly and helpful. Even the tea was yummy. Can't wait to go again!
Found this wonderful restaurant on a trip to Vancouver. The noodles here are the real deal. Hand pulled, fresh and delicious. We ordered too much food and ate every bite! Couldn’t stop. Owner and staff have great pride in the business and we wish we had one close to us. We’ll be back on our next trip.

Very delicious. It deserves the title of the best Chinese food in the world in Vancouver. It’s worth coming.

Went here in a group of 5 (all students). Waiter forced 3 of us to tip 15% by clicking on the option before presenting the machine to us. When confronted, staff would not admit to doing it and threatened to call the police on us. Avoid if you actually want to have the option to tip and not be forced.

The ramen is quite authentic, and I personally think it is better than the Niu Yi Zui in the Seattle area.
