The food was great - no complaints there. But the service? Absolutely unacceptable. Our waitress was rude, snappy, and acted like she couldn't be bothered to do her job. If you're not in the mood to work, don't show up! Don't take it out on paying customers who are just trying to enjoy a meal. It got so bad that we actually had to ask for a different waiter - that's how unprofessional she was. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻 Thankfully, two of her coworkers stepped in and took care of us. Huge thanks to them for doing what she clearly couldn't be bothered to do. They saved the experience. Without them, this would've been a total disaster!

Very good restaurant and great Italian food. But do not sit outside. 2nd Ave is very very loud. Makes it very very hard to hear people you are talking to.
Coming from The US we found that the pasta here is very high quality with a very good price. We also had the focaccia bread and it was very crispy, crunchy, bubbly and soft all at the same time. The Gnocchi is superb along with the rigatoni. I recommend coming here if you want great pasta. The inside is nice and the servers are great. Great drinks and wine pairings too. I had enjoyed a classic Negroni along with a glass of BC white wine.
The road noise is just far too loud to sit outside.

Their tipping options are ridiculous when you pay, and when I put 18% the server didn’t even say thank you as if I didn’t select their 20% option was wrong. The food is not bad but because of their tipping system, I will never go back!

Great food and great service. I had the ricotta pizza with added mushrooms and it tasted amazing. Don’t forget to use the chili oil!
Vegetarian options: There were some vegetarian pizza and pasta options. The staff were also very welcoming of customization on other menu items to make them vegetarian.

First time here. Anniversary with the gf, thought it would be nice.
Food was amazing, unfortunately service not so great.
- Server was cold and short. - We could hear the reservation manager talking about when we were going to leave the whole time. Made us felt rushed/unwelcome. - after we paid our bill (still tipped generously), while the gf was in the washroom the same waitress came back and told me she had a reso if we could please leave. I said ok. Very weird never had that experience especially at nicer restaurant - when gf returned from the washroom and I was calling an uber the reservation manager came by himself and told us he has a reservation for the table - It had barely been an hour and a half and they are rushing us out. There were multiple tables open and it is not the patrons issue that reservations were not planned properly - he advised it says on the online booking that there is a 1.5 hour limit - after we left I looked and the limit said 2 hours. Now he was just making things up. I’ve never felt such hassled at a restaurant, especially for an anniversary dinner! (See attached 2 hour note for reference.
On top of all this I did select on the website that this was for a special occasion(anniversary) and they did not mention or treat us like it was. Not even once.
Horrible, horrible service. What a joke. Amazing food though! Perhaps we’ll try one of their other locations next time.

A great big shout out to Andrea for the excellent service she provided when we came in for lunch today. She's a top-notch server who really goes the extra mile to make sure her customers are happy. She's responsive, friendly, and knows her stuff!
The experience was incredibly underwhelming. Customer service was poor. As for the food, the quality was equally disappointing. The pizza we ordered was salty. Given the combination of poor service from manager and poor quality of the food, I won’t be returning.
