Notch8 Restaurant & Bar provides a pleasant dining experience with good food, attentive service, and a nice ambiance. The lunch reservation at 1:30 pm results in a quieter and less busy atmosphere. Guests have noted that the staff, including Brandt, Savannah, and Adam, enhance the experience with incredible service and friendly conversation. While the brunch menu may not meet all expectations, many enjoyed the brunch buffet, celebrating special occasions like birthdays with well wishes and complimentary mimosas.

Popular items from the buffet include the baby shrimp salad, tuna tartare, daily pasta (mushroom penne), porchetta, sirloin, blueberry baked yogurt pudding, crème brûlée, and matcha white chocolate mousse cake. Although some dishes had minor issues, like the pasta salad being a little hard and the breakfast potatoes being too salty, most dishes were well-prepared.
