I love the staff here specifically Brant, Savanah, and Adam and they made the experience for me on both nights I went. I would happily go back to the restaurant as long as these people are here.
We had a wonderful time at the Faurmont Vancouver Hotel. Brandt (and Savannah and Adam!) made both our nights perfect with incredible service and wonderful conversation. The drinks at the hotel bar were top notch and the food was equally amazing, but the service and atmosphere really made the experience.
Had a nice brunch buffet experience at Notch8! We were celebrating a birthday and the birthday guest was provided well wishes and offered a complimentary mimosa during the meal. Coffee and tea are included. Our favourite items were the baby shrimp salad and tuna tartare, daily pasta (mushroom penne), the two smoothies (mixed berry and green), porchetta, sirloin, blueberry baked yogurt pudding, crème brûlée, and matcha white chocolate mousse cake.
