《? AMAZING PORK BELLY SANDWICH ?》- pork belly sandwich = $17 -- truffle mortadella sandwich = $17 -- cortado w/ oat milk = $5.5 -- hojicha latte w/ oat milk = $5.5 -Novella Coffee Bar! Amazing atmosphere and delicious coffee. Their sandwiches are top notch as well, especially the pork belly sandwich. I hear this item is temporarily off of the menu...but I hope it comes back soon! If you haven't tried it before, you definitely have to! ?

What a great spot! Quality drinks and quality service. Both the iced vanilla latte and the watermelon oat matcha latte were incredible. They were out of the two things I wanted to try (cold brew and hojicha), but I was still really pleased with what I ended up getting.Beautiful and comfy interior and loved the music. Overall the perfect spot to sit and get work done (though I didn't see any outlets near where I sat).

This place is great for a quick grab of coffee and lunch items or pastry items. I loved the ambiance here and everyone was so friendly. I grabbed the carrot loaf which was amazing, along with one of their featured drinks which was a pimento cola cold brew. It was super creamy with the pineapple cold foam and just something very different. Definitely will try to be making this place a regular spot for me.

The atmosphere is very good???The coffee is a bit sour, but I don’t think it’s anything special.Food is average, Scone is too salty & Turbo Sandwiches are not memorable~I won’t pay a return visit☕️Parking: Parking at the door is $1 an hour

Waitress asked the same ? over 5 times . The dude was staying in the restaurant lady. There was no way you're convincing him to leave.

I only tried one drink here. My partner treated me to a London Fog and it was delicious--I can't complain! It had a good amount of tea flavour and it wasn't too milky. The service was quick, but the table we sat at was slightly dirty. I had to clean it myself a little. Ambiance is really quiet and casual. Lots of space for you to enjoy your drink, read, do work, etc.

First time checking out this cafe! I came here with my partner on a Sunday afternoon as a treat. I enjoyed how the space felt very modern and clean, with minimal noise. It was a lot bigger inside than I thought, with lots of seating and table areas. Service was very quick and to-the-point, which felt refreshing somehow. I liked the open concept and low counter setup of where drinks were made and served. It felt inviting, in a way. My partner ordered a London Fog, and I got a Jasmine tea. The London Fog was SO delicious! The flavour of the tea was strong, and it was just the right amount of sweetness to bring out the drink. The milk wasn't too foamy, and everything balanced out very well. The Jasmine tea was good as well. Not too much to comment on, since it was leaves put in a teabag and steeped in hot water... but I do enjoy jasmine tea a lot! I even asked for a refill of my hot water cup so I could do a 2nd steep. (Didn't get pictures this time around, but take my word(s) for it!)

Echo what others have said here. Good coffee and a nice setting. But miserable and unfriendly staff.Staff were busy having a conversation between themselves to notice me. No smiles, no pleasantries. It’s a shame - this place could be far busier during the day. Every other cafe is rammed down Main St, and perhaps there’s a reason Novella isn’t.But - it is a nice setting, good coffee and you’ll get a seat!

Cozy seating. I like the set up and decor but our group collectively agreed drinks and food were just fine. My muffin and iced mocha came to just under $13. The drink was average at best although I really enjoyed the jalapeno cheddar - light fritatta-esque - muffin. The breakfast sandwiches were uninspired and dull. The coffees read as intriguing but tasted eh.

One of the rare few coffee shops with great coffee but even better food. This place and Moving Coffee in Richmond serve the best coffee.

The food and coffee were good, but honestly having the tip options range from 25%-20% left a bad taste in my

A cute cafe on Main Street. Place looked bustling so I checked it out. The food I tried wasn't to my taste but wouldn't mind coming back for their coffee. Service was quite slow, but they did bring my coffee to the table since I had checked up to them twice about it. Moon Pie ($5) 5/10 Got this because the colour was interesting. The way it was explained to me was that this dish resembles cake with icing. Honestly I thought it tasted like dorayaki. Can't really taste the ube flavour and it was way too sweet. Pour Over ($6.5) 9/10 One of the better pourover I've had in Vancouver. Mine was Ethiopean beans, which I tend to prefer anyway. Notes were floral and light, perfect amount of balance in a cup. Took a while for them to prepare though.
