not sure what these other recent reviews are mentioning but, from my experience at novo it was incredible. seated my family of 7 and each one of us loved are plates. manager was incredibly kind and talked with us through the night. highly recommend, recent reviews of this place seem to be straight lies tbh.
I ordered Con Funghi and it was so bad that I didn’t want to finish the meal or take the rest home. Never had fettuccine pasta that stick to each other, not well boiled. If the mushrooms were cooked well, it would have a great smell with umami notes. However, this dish tasted like uncooked ingredients mixed with each other. I also added prawns for $8 and only came with 2 which is not worth it. My friend ordered the pizza and it wasn’t that good either. The only thing nice about this restaurant is the patio. Never will visit this restaurant again.

Today we had a very Bizarre experience (South Asian waitress beyond Rude!! She said the table was Broken so don’t move it??? We still tipped for the Dishwashers and other STAFF.” Will never go again.!!! The others on their sidewalk patio agreed she should be fired!!! No class !! That place appears nicer than it is!!!

Calamari was soft. Not crispy. Olives clearly just microwaved. Olive cake dessert. Absolutely underwhelming
The fried chicken was good.
But overall? Not worth the money.
