Wonderful service this weekend from Ryan on the upper floor on Saturday night. There was a small intoxicated redhead female that was causing issues and the way staff dealt with it was utterly superb! I believe the security name was Zach? Staff really went the extra mile to make sure guests were having a good time, and were on their A-game! If the Manager Kiana(sp?) reads this? Please make sure they get some love! :)

It's been several years since I attended any bars. So I formed a group of longtime friends to join me. They had a Meet and Greet theme night, so people were very friendly and sociable towards one another, which was really nice to experience. It was also super busy for a Thursday night, so Koodo's to them putting on the nights venue. 👍🫂😃

Usually love numbers on a sunday night unfortunately last nights karaoke was disappointing, people who showed up at 10 o’clock waited almost 3 hours to sing their songs because the karaoke host was taking $20 per person to skip line. Hopefully Lola and Coco will return.

It’s too bad the staff are so awful because the place could be cool. Rude workers, weak drinks, and I did not feel great as a POC there. Hostile environment in what would be a nice space.

Disappointed on My Birthday
I was really looking forward to celebrating my birthday at this club, but unfortunately, we weren’t allowed in for no valid reason. The girl at the front claimed one of my friends looked drunk, even though none of us had even had a single drink yet. We had just arrived, excited to have fun after not seeing each other for almost half a year.
What made it worse was that I saw her taking extra money from people in line, letting them in faster instead of following the normal entrance process. After that, I even offered to have my friend’s alcohol level tested, but she refused and said it was her decision. We tried to understand, but my friend was speaking to her normally, and if she had just looked back, she would have seen other people in line—who were clearly drunk—being allowed inside without any issue.
I understand that it’s her responsibility to ensure a safe environment, but this felt unfair. We were simply laughing and chatting in line, and she didn’t even check our IDs before making her decision. I even asked for her name to ensure we were addressing the right person if we wanted to file a complaint, but she refused to provide it. In the end, we just let it go, but I hope the owner or management looks into this. This happened on March 14th during midnight shift. After we finished the meal at the restaurant .
Please train your staff properly and ensure fair treatment of customers.
It was really disappointing, especially since this was supposed to be a fun birthday night. I respect the rules, but judgments should be made fairly.

Had a fantastic time here the other night but mainly sending this review to thank the wonderful bouncer who held my friends dislocated knee while we waited for the ambulance to arrive. She is fixed up now and we are both incredibly grateful to the bouncer who took care of her. I promised a good review for the 'female bouncer' and here I deliver. You are a star!
