I wanted to like this place, but my experience was disappointing. When we arrived, the café was completely empty. We ordered tea and a beer, and they served them in mugs and glasses that were so hot we could not even drink them for several minutes.
Even though no one else was there, the staff told us there was a strict 30 minute seating limit and that we would have to leave at the 30 minute mark. It felt rushed and not very welcoming, especially since the café had no customers at the time.
Because of that, I would not return for dine in service. The atmosphere did not feel inviting or comfortable.
I have been working upstairs from Wilson for many years and I so appreciate his services. He is always very friendly and is macha lattes are great. I am not there as much anymore but it has been a pleasure knowing you all these years
