Ordered the #7 deluxe and it was deeeelicious. It's great as is. The portions re generous. I recommend you take it home, add pork floss, a runny egg, and some xo sauce to really kick it up an notch.

The Banh Mi bread has changed since the last time I ordered from this location (about 2-3 months ago). Sadly it's changed for the worse. It no longer has the characteristic crunch/flaky texture that their previous bread did. Also, there was barely any pickled carrot and daikon added into my sandwich.
This used to be my go to spot for Banh Mi, now I am reconsidering venturing further to east Vancouver for better options.
Bring back better bread!

Goodness. Didn’t think it was possible to mess up BanhMi but I stand corrected. Ordered a spicy lemon grass pork. Sandwich bun was soft all the way through, no crunchy exterior for contrast. Lemon grass pork tasted bland, didn’t have any lemon grass flavour and seem like it was boiled to death. Pickled veggies has no punchy acidity. No spicy pepper to speak of. Wasted stomach space and won’t repeat or recommend.
Great spot for sandwiches! I’ve tried a few kinds and enjoyed them all, but I especially recommend the vegetarian and beef sandwiches. Good quality, tasty, and worth coming back for.
