But there has been a case of miscommunication with staff before where they misheard my no cilantro request as extra cilantro despite double-checking.

Great spot along W. Broadway for a quick bite. Sandwiches were packed with filling and we loved both the sate beef and lemongrass bahn mi sandwiches we got. Definitely better than some of the bahn mi sandwiches we've had at other spots. Love that they have a point system too so I'll be looking forward to visiting some of their other locations

This was truly my worst take-out experience. The sun bread was old and rock hard. The spring roll took long because they cooked a frozen spring roll and threw it in an air-fryer, and they gave sweet & sour sauce with the spring roll. If had bad food in the past and didn’t leave a review, rather, let my wallet do the talking. But in this case, these people have no place making food.

Unfortunately gone downhill over the last year. Stale bread, cold and just not that exciting compared to what else is available in the city. Although its close, a longer walk elsewhere is worth it now a days.
