I dunno why this place isn’t busier. Great for takeout or quick, casual dine-in.
They have vegetarian and vegan options, halal options, smoothies, Vietnamese coffee, etc. and the service is great! Prices are good too, ~$9 for a sandwich.

We went there for a quick lunch. Little did we know the prices had rose quite a bit since the last menu was posted. We walked inside and waited over ten minutes before the people inside noticed there were customers. Once they took our order it took another fifteen minutes before we got our sandwiches. The end result was pretty mediocre. Both of us got the cold cut, and it was nothing to really write home about. Sandwiches were lukewarm, but the bread was still a bit crusty. I wish there were more toppings inside, especially given the raise in cost. I should have gotten the spicy option, and they did ask while I was ordering, but I declined. Pretty mid banh mi overall. As well, the A/C kept leaking over the doorway, which should get fixed.

Vegan sandwich was good, but it had a little too much pickled veg and not nearly enough tofu. It also really needs a sauce, the avocado was yummy but there was barely any. I found myself reaching for my water bottle frequently. The flavours that were there were really yummy though! Nice crispy bread, and the staff were lovely. The bites that had sufficient tofu and avocado were divine.
TL;DR more tofu, more avocado, less pickled veg, VEGAN MAYO PLEASE 🙏🏾

It was my first time trying Banh Mi. Had heard a lot about Vietnamese sandwiches before. Had the Lemongrass Chicken Banh Mi and it was very satisfying, both taste wise and quantity wise.

The strawberry smoothie is excellent, but the sandwiches at this location weren't very good. The servers are friendly but the atmosphere is pretty grimy.

Seriously, what else do you put in the food? 2 weeks ago I ordered 2 items. Last week I ordered 3. Yesterday i cheated on you and bought 4 items from the one near metrotown but they were bland and the breads were soft. I tried to make it up to you and ordered 4 more items today and you got me in love again. You make me crave banh mi, mon ami. Please don't ever increase your prices as I have noticed the bread keeps getting shorter and shorter. I will dread the day when I can't afford to pay for the banh mi's anymore. Thank you for making me happy. :)

Not really impressed by this place at all as it seems unhygienic. Did not bother eating the food sadly
