The place is very clean and nice, the staff is very efficient and always puts effort in the meal. Prices are very reasonable especially for Vancouver standards and their coffee with cold brew and form was surprisingly delicious! Would love to visit again.
it was my fifth time eating bowl of pho here and it was the best, it has been my go to since it’s very cold now. it’s also consistent when it comes to beef or serving. 🥰

Gave a second try to this restaurant as my first experience lacked the depth of Vietnamese quality bang for buck lunches. I left feeling more satisfied as the quality of food did improve and I hope they stay consistent to provide all their customers the same experience every time
Ordered 3 items chicken, beef and 2 spring rolls - portion size was good and the flavor was there, for a reasonable price.

This is discount Pho. Not worth the discount. There are plenty of places where you can get good Pho for a few bucks more. You get tea.
For whatever reason, wouldnt give us satay for $3 extra. Maybe they were out? Everything here is extra.
Unless you just want water and noodles, go somewhere better.
