food portion is small, the smallest spring roll and chicken i've seen from a viet place. And somehow the wait time was also long
Amazing price, amazing taste! Would for sure come back. They also have a great deal on Pho 3-7pm.
Very good pho, excellent broth.
It's fine but there's better elsewhere.
Right at first glance, the broth was weirdly clear and did not look flavourful. The bean sprouts were not fresh. Did not find the Vietnamese coffee too flavourful either. A lot of ice.
Small and convenient since you pay at the front for either take out or dine-in.
Discovered this place the other day, while walking to Tim Hortons for a quick bite. Walked past here and the smell brought me in instead! Delicious, great prices, and a small business. Win, win, win. Now it’s in our regular rotation. Yum!
Whenever I am in Vancouver, I stop by for a Banh Mi Combo! Best authentic food and really nice owner aunty!!
I only ordered Beef Pho so I can only review for the dish. I thought the soup was a bit salty and the beef was very thinly sliced kind of style. I had better soup and beef so this place is just an ok pho for me. It’s located very close to my hotel so I might try something else next time.
The worst pho I’ve probably ever had couldn’t even drink the broth cause it’s taste salty and burnt. Yuck just avoid at all costs
Worst pho I've ever tasted. Cheap boullion base with no spices. Old, tasteless beef. Go elsewhere!

On my way back to the car after i visited the Art Gallery, this Vietnamese spot in downtown Vancouver serves up a solid experience.
The $10.5 papaya salad comes in a decent portion, packed with fresh papaya, shrimp, and peanuts. I appreciated that the sauce isn’t pre-mixed, so you can add however much you like.
The baguettes are good—not outstanding, but satisfying enough. The complimentary hot tea is a nice touch, especially on cold days.
The staff here are friendly and attentive. Overall, a worthwhile stop for a quick, flavorful meal in the area.
Wheelchair accessibility: Accessible on ground floor, a small shop but not packed, have enough space for wheelchair.

Service was really good, the ladies are really kind and very outgoing! Explained the menu. Viet iced coffee was delicious. One star down because I think the broth could use more flavour, and wish they had jalapeños. But I live by here so I will come here often, I'm looking forward to explore more of the menu :)

Decent portion size and fast service, but the pho broth is pretty bland. It was disappointing

The iced coffee tastes exactly like g7 instant coffee in Vietnam, lol. Technically fits the description of “Vietnamese coffee” but not buying that again.
The chicken pho was tasty with shredded chicken and clear soup base. Vietnamese baguette (traditional) was also another recommended item!
