The place is very clean and nice, the staff is very efficient and always puts effort in the meal. Prices are very reasonable especially for Vancouver standards and their coffee with cold brew and form was surprisingly delicious! Would love to visit again.

Gave a second try to this restaurant as my first experience lacked the depth of Vietnamese quality bang for buck lunches. I left feeling more satisfied as the quality of food did improve and I hope they stay consistent to provide all their customers the same experience every time

Ordered 3 items chicken, beef and 2 spring rolls - portion size was good and the flavor was there, for a reasonable price.

Wonderfully friendly staff who greet you when you walk through the door. Efficiently took my takeout order and brought it to me where I was waiting, in fewer than the 10 minutes suggested. And of course, the food was delicious.
