It was a fun experience. The golf sim restaurant concept feels very unique which makes it interesting. The menu had standard bar food, but the pizza felt fairly overpriced. The sandwiches felt like a more reasonable rate. The golf sims has both standard and arcade modes to allow people of all skills to have fun. As long as the ball can be hit, most likely something can happen. I'd recommend bringing at least one person with some golf experience to show the group the ropes though. Overall, a novel concept with okay food.

Used to come here all the time but its gone downhill and has some shady practices. We booked a bday, they took a deposit for the golf booth, and told us the deposit can be used to pay for the booth. But then on the day, they'll refund you the deposit and instead add it to your guests bills without asking so that they can get auto grat on it. Aside from that the golf clubs are in terrible shape, prices keep going up, and the food is extremely average. No real reason to come here anymore.

Great sims and friendly staff. Love coming hear, so many great daily specials each day. Pizzas are unreal to snack one whilst golfing. Big fan of the Ping clubs. Make sure you make a reso in advance to ensure there is no wait, as it fills up fast. Going to have my company party here this year!

Came here for the first time with a group of friends and we all had such a good time! Such a fun vibe, the staff were very helpful and lovely, and the food was awesome. Great location being right downtown and so close to the skytrain. 10/10 experience, I will definitely be back!

Staff were cold and unfriendly from the moment we walked in. The simulator was old and the screen was blurry. Food tasted stale and was barely edible.
Not worth the money. Won’t be coming back.

I was with my friend at One Under when she had a confirmed reservation for Bay 5. To our surprise, they moved us without any notice to Bay 3 — a worse simulator, with no explanation or apology.
When she calmly asked what happened, the waitress rolled her eyes and said, “If you have a problem, email the manager. Don’t talk to me.” I was shocked. Her attitude was unbelievably rude, and another female staff member from the bar just stood next to her, backing her up instead of helping.
Meanwhile, we watched other groups — mostly white — being welcomed warmly and given priority treatment. The difference in how we were treated was honestly hard to ignore.
The simulator we were stuck with was old and the screen was so blurry it ruined the experience. No one cared. No one even tried to fix it.
We left feeling disrespected and frustrated. This place charges premium prices but treats some guests like they don’t matter. I wouldn’t come back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone who expects even basic decency.

From the moment we arrived, it was hard to ignore the way we were treated differently. We had a confirmed reservation for a specific simulator bay, yet we were quietly moved to an inferior one — without any notice, explanation, or apology.
When I politely asked the waitress what happened, she literally rolled her eyes at me and said, “If you have a problem, email the manager — don’t talk to me.” That’s not just bad service — that’s blatant disrespect.
She was cold, rude, and condescending from start to finish, while other (mostly white) groups were welcomed with smiles and attentive service. The double standard was obvious.
The bay we were pushed to was old, worn-out, and the projector was so blurry we could barely see the screen. No one cared. No one tried to help. We were treated like we didn’t matter.
This place charges premium prices but delivers second-rate service — unless you happen to be in their preferred demographic.
If you’re a person of color, prepare to be treated like an afterthought. Never coming back.

I’ve been there a few times, including most recently for a date night. It’s really fun.
The golf areas are open to the main bar, yet also feel very private. It’s nice because it feels like your group has your own private space, but you still get the good ambience of the bar.

Got there for our reservation staff didn’t even e plain how to use the golf simulator we just had to fend for ourselves.. the music could have been a bit louder.. was told not to get the burger as they don’t cook it in house. Had fun golfing after we figure it out on our own!!!!!
